Came in for a second opinion on laser tattoo removal. Had a very negative experience elsewhere and wanted to start somewhere new. Upon first appt I was thoroughly impressed with Logan and her kind caring approach towards my concerns. She informed me of the process and mapped out a treatment plan. Was so great getting informed details on how laser works and the whole nine. The treatment itself was a breeze with the cooling tool on the laser. All of my questions were answered and I felt at ease knowing I was in capable hands! After one session I saw so much improvement! I am looking forward to getting this tattoo gone for good! 10/10 for wonderful customer service and great results!

Horizon Med Spa is a calm, welcoming place with a friendly team that makes you feel comfortable right away. They took time to explain my options, answered my questions clearly, and never made me feel rushed. The space is clean and relaxing, and my results looked natural. Highly recommend.

Molly is wonderful giving facials! Woke up this morning feeling excited for my facial in the fall! I went with the customized facial and when I got there she went over my skin care concerns and really listened when I told her my face felt dry and sometimes tingly. Their bed is so warm and cozy! I left with my face feeling moisturized and plump! I feel like my skin needed this especially after the summer skin damage I put it through! Her facial massage technique is also amazing , I fell asleep! Looking forward to my dermaplaning with Molly!

Mindy has been the best in my experience of coming to med spas. She answers all your questions, shes patient, and is fantastic at injecting botox. So I'm sure she does a great job at everything else too. The lady scheduling and checking you out is wonderful too! I definitely recommend.
