I have come here for a couple years. Was told I needed to drop by a new copy of my insurance card to continue refilling my prescription. Dropped it off. Got a call a few days later telling me I needed to make an appointment and be seen since it had been over a year. Made the appointment. Came in for the appointment just to be told they no longer take my insurance and I’d have to pay 100% out of pocket. They had multiple opportunities to inform me my insurance was no longer accepted (even though it was a year ago), but instead inconvenienced me for nothing. Staff was unbothered and did nothing to try and remedy the situation.

I took my 84 year old mom to have cancer removed from her cheek. Dr. Kyle Flores, Morgan and Brittany were amazing! They were careful to manage her pain and make certain she was comfortable. I would highly recommend Dr. Flores, Morgan and Brittany to anyone seeking a dermatological solution. Great Folks!

On a scale of 1 - 10, Central Carolina Dermatology rates 15 !!! Professionals through and through!!! Employees were helpful and friendly. A pleasant experience, if you can call surgery pleasant, and I can! I would highly recommend these folks if you ever need their services!

This was my second MOHS experience with Dr. Flores & his staff. Everyone (again) was extremely professional & nice. Both of Dr. Flores 's PA's/Asst's (Carly & Morgan) were careful to explain all of their preparation steps for Dr. Flores 's surgery (& repeat surgeries) that day.

About 1 yr ago I went to Dr Butler who diagnosed me with melanoma. Last month I called for apt because I was concerned about some places on my arm & I was past due for a cancer check. The receptionist tolda me earliest apt is Feb 2026!! It didn't matter that I was a patient or had history of skin cancer. 6 mos wait for me yet he is still taking new patients! Unbelievable!

Dr. Flores nurses and staff are awesome . Every procedure has been done well, with exceptional care and has healed so nicely.

I was in town visiting family and had a place on my face that became concerning. My son found the Central Carolina Dermatology Center in High Point would take my insurance and they could get me in the next day. While there one of the options was to do a biopsy and that is what I did. The spot turned out to be a Squamous Carcinoma Cell skin cancer and I would need a Mohs surgery. Again they were able to fit me in! This center is friendly, helpful and KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING! I felt like I was in a great place from the moment I walked in!!!
