My first experiences were great. However when I really needed an appointment, due to an extreme itch from a rash that they previously treated, the earliest I could get an appointment was a month out. They also declined to renew the prescription for the rash. I was forced to search for another provider.

I regret not reading the negative reviews before coming here. This was my first dermatology visit after a sudden acne breakout, and I expected a real consultation. Instead, the doctor glanced at my face, and said it was inflammatory acne and suggested over-the-counter products, Cetaphil, CeraVe that includes benzoyl peroxide, and that was it. He literally said what Google said about inflammatory acne. There was no detailed explanation about my skin, no real discussion, and no structure to the visit, just product suggestions. I had to ask all the questions, and his responses were minimal and repetitive. By the end, he seemed annoyed and wanted to leave. He said "ok bye now" and threw his pen on the desk and left the room. The entire appointment lasted maybe 10 minutes (only because I kept asking questions) and I walked out with no helpful advice after paying $150 (out of pocket). If you are considering this place, good luck getting a doctor who actually cares about your skin condition and what’s best for your skin type. Everyone has different skin type and has different products that fits their skin, but it seems to me they provide the same solution/product to all inflammatory acne, doesn’t matter what type of skin you are. This clinic feels more focused on selling products than actually helping patients. Extremely unprofessional and dismissive. I won’t be back.

I had a newly formed mole removed from my forehead at this clinic, and I honestly can’t say enough good things about the whole experience. Dr. William Gillen is a true professional - I’m so glad he was the one who did the procedure. Everything went quickly, smoothly, and completely pain-free. His stitching was amazing- so clean and precise, it’s barely visible now. Also, thanks to nurse Gabi, who took out my stitches- she was incredibly sweet! She made the whole thing feel easy and stress-free. If you’re looking for excellent care and real professionals, I highly recommend this clinic!

Dr. Kristen Keller is the WORST doctor I have ever seen in my life. She was rude, condescending as soon as she walked in the door for no apparent reason. I shrugged it off the first time my son had to see her, but the second time she did the same thing and talked to us like we were idiots. It's a shame you all hired this lady. She needs to take a communication course to learn how to speak to the public or not be a doctor. My recommendation is do not see Dr. Kristen Keller unless you want to be talked to like you are a 2 year old. Update: I called 3 times to speak with Tammy, the supervisor about the visit. She never called back. Completely unprofessional practice. Will never go back.

Dr Schmidt was recommend by my Doctor. She made me feel very comfortable, along with her assistant. She was very supportive & explained things with care. Highly recommend her.

Dr Hester was amazing when I saw her last! She helped me and was friendly and approachable during my last appointment. Let me tell you about these girls though. I had a hard time locating their office since it’s been a while. I came in 10 minutes late. This girl told me I was too late and that I wouldn’t or couldn’t be seen. I said ok and then the other immediately said I’ll take your copay. She told me I owed 50 bucks which I paid and said that the skin tag they are removing has an additional fee. I asked for a ballpark for the cost and she just stated at me and said "I don’t know talk to your doctor". Isn’t it fair for me to know any of the fees I might get before I go in? They had me wait for 45 minutes and I could hear snickering and the eye rolls started coming. I finally said I need to go, your staff is rude and can I have the copay. This woman with a nasty gross neck tattoo made the biggest deal and had to call her manager to get it processed. Look-I’ve worked in positions they have when I was younger. These ladies seemed to get off on being rude and it was ridiculously cliquey and seemed just so toxic. I could hear two of them fighting in the background. If you seem to enjoy being rude and mean girls to patients who have serious problems, you are in the wrong business.

Horrible, HORRIBLE customer service. I told the lady outside the procedure room TWICE that I needed to be in the room when the doctor finished stitching my husband and was going to go over my husband’s care as I had several questions to ask the doctor about his aftercare. She assured me she would call me from the waiting room and I would be included in his care instructions. I told her the surgical waiting room was full and she told me to wait up front, AGAIN assuring me she would come and get me. There were several people behind the desk beside her that had to have heard this conversation. NOBODY CAME OUT TO GET ME. My husband came out ready to go. I really don’t like being lied to. My questions went unanswered.
