Very discriminating practice, do not recommend. Customer service is awful. It is incredibly frustrating to be denied care, particularly when you are attempting to pay out-of-pocket for services. A provider refuses to accept cash/card from a patient with insurance they do not take. Hi Owner, I called the office at 4pm, and was advised by your customer team member, that the owner's do not work on Friday's, and to call back Monday. I look forward to speaking with you.

Very caring and efficient staff and medical professionals. Something changed in the years since I've been going to NW dermatology. It's so much less stressful than it used to be. My procedure was pretty simple, but Rebecca was patient and explained everything every step of the way. I never felt anxious or in any pain!

I love Dr. Laliberte! She is extremely informative, patient, and really hears your problems out. I had a great experience with her when dealing with acne. I highly recommend her.

Felt very rushed during my full body skin check and couldn’t ask any questions or any kind while I was there, not to forget that when I booked the appointment I was told it would be Haverhill but it wasn’t after confirming it 2 different times when I called a week ago. But luckily someone was available in Haverhill so I could be seen. But still felt rushed.

Super people to care for me! I would recommend highly. They listened and gave me great treatment!

Always thorough checkup to assure I'm free from s/ sx of anything unhealthy that needs to be dealt with. Wait time minimal.
