I had an amazing experience at Novuskin Spa! It was my first consultation, Britney and all the team was incredibly kind, professional, and detailed in every explanation. The environment is clean, elegant, and truly relaxing. They offer all kinds of memberships and treatments — from facial hydration and vitamin shots to many other options that help upgrade our natural beauty and confidence. I felt very comfortable and impressed with their professionalism and the quality of care. I highly recommend Novuskin Spa for anyone who wants to feel refreshed and rejuvenated!

The staff at Novuskin are absolutely lovely, but Cindy truly stands out as top tier. You’ll often see her behind the front desk making sure everything runs smoothly, yet somehow she still manages to take care of clients—even on the busiest days. When I first came in, I was deeply depressed and extremely self-conscious about the severe skin damage I suffered from a laser hair removal treatment done elsewhere. I had significant burns and spent almost a year hiding my scars under layers of makeup. Fast forward to today, and I can honestly say Cindy has helped change my confidence. Month by month, I’ve seen real, noticeable improvement in my skin. I no longer feel the need to cover myself with heavy makeup every day, and for the first time in a long time, I’m not ashamed to go out in public makeup-free. I recently had a micro-needling session with Melanie, and she did an absolutely amazing job! ​What stood out immediately was her diligence and commitment to the entire process. She clearly took her time and was incredibly thorough. Unlike previous experiences, Melanie focused on certain areas that other technicians hadn't even touched, demonstrating a superior level of care and precision. ​I highly recommend Melanie if you're looking for a technician who is truly dedicated to achieving the best possible results. She is fantastic!

I am shocked at the blatant bait and switch sales tactics I just experienced at this place. A supposed $350+ value "turkey neck rescue" facial for $60. Then a free "$450" serum if you pay half up front. I get there and the so called turkey neck facial had little to nothing to do with my neck, just a series of cleanser, exfoliate, frequency and blue light. Very superficial. They said they didn’t have a serum to give me as well, imagine that. I asked to take home package and membership info for my husband and I was given a sticky note with it written down instead of a nice informative flyer or pamphlet. So unprofessional and sneaky feeling. They had me fill out an intake form before coming in that took a half hour it was so long, then proceeded to ask me via text the same questions 3 additional times. They asked me to confirm my appt 3-4 times. I will not be coming back, felt seriously insulted by this experience.

Today was my first appt & I booked it yesterday- there was an error with my booking and instead of cancelling my appointment, Abby and Cindy upgraded my services, took excellent care of me and made me extremely comfortable. The facilities are clean, smell great, modern and the customer service was 100%.

The best place for all your skin care needs and wants. They have helped transform my skin for the better. Cindy is truly exceptional with her knowledge in the field and her extremely kind heart no one compares to her service. Everyone is extremely welcoming and kind and they always make you feel good about yourself. I always look forward to my monthly appointment with Cindy always relaxing and caring.
