I want to first say Amber is phenomenal! From the first email to the day I did my vampire facial, Amber is very understanding, knowledgeable, attentive and professional. I've never in my life have done anything like this so I didn't know what to expect, was fairly reluctant and had a ton of questions. Amber took the time and has the patience to answer any and all of my questions... even if I asked the same one a million times lol. She has the ability to make you feel comfortable during the entire beginning to end process. During the facial she continually asked me if I was OK and made sure I was comfortable. Although it's only been 3 days since my facial, I'm loving my results! Amber took the time, the day after my facial to reach out and check on me. She made it known that if I ever had any question or concerns to reach out to her and she'd be more than happy to help. She is very warm and caring person and makes you feel more of as a long time friend rather than just a number/client. I really love and appreciate that in a professional. As I have been embracing getting older to the best of my ability, of course my skin and appearance has become more important than ever.
