I’m 73 and have used the services of many other dermatology offices which do not compare. Dr. Winstanely and assistant Pam were awesome and above expectation in sharing their knowledge and performing surgical procedures with no discomfort. A very relaxing and caring environment where the staff is warm and friendly showing they really like their jobs. I highly recommend you try their services. You will be happy you did.

I highly recommend West Michigan Dermatology. I had visited two other dermatology practices, each of which diagnosed my scalp with simply actinic keratosis. Being a medical technologist, I questioned that diagnosis and made an appointment with this office. They questioned it as well and biopsied, which was then identified as squamous cell carcinoma. They performed the surgery and all is well. Also, their relationship with patients is outstanding, from the moment one enters the door. This is the place to go!!

Everything and everyone I came across from front desk on were professional and friendly too. My experience with Amber was and is always great. She’s thorough and kind. Everything you would need in a medical setting. Highly recommended!

I love this practice. Everyone is so nice and helpful. I called with questions after my initial appointment and they answered all my questions throughly. My appointment was on time and the doctor explained everything and it went quickly.

I usually have Dr. McNally. Has been a good experience with him. I am a veteran and he is a veteran who served his country for ten years. He likes what he does and has a tested past. That should make for a good doctor, which he appears to me to be.

I trust Molly. She has a great "bedside manner" which helps me relax during my appointments. All the staff is welcoming and helpful.
