I have been a loyal client for many, many years—in fact, I have happily followed her/him from previous locations to this one because the quality of service is simply unmatched. Let’s be honest, a Brazilian isn’t exactly a spa nap, but she makes the experience comfortable. The atmosphere is incredibly friendly and welcoming; it feels less like an appointment and more like catching up with an old friend. Beyond the actual sugaring, what sets Jamie apart is the attention to follow-up care. She is always thorough with aftercare instructions to ensure the best results and skin health. I saw Jamie a few years ago before a very important trip to Las Vegas and she treated me with kindness and respect! It was my first time. She's was incredibly knowledgeable and walked me through the steps of what she was doing. I trusted her completely. She's the first person I think of when someone asks for a referral or if I want services done.

I've had more than one really good experience here with Jamie. It is a very welcoming space from the moment you walk in, with a greeting from her sweet, little dog. It is generally pretty quiet in there, and you never really have much of a wait for your appointment time. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Jamie helps to make you feel comfortable and informed if you have never had a service before, or if you are new here. She is quick and efficient, but does a good job. She is also really good with telling you about aftercare, and tips/tricks, offering you products that she has for sale there to continue your aftercare at home. There are specials, too, if you pay attention to those.

I have had 4 services at Refinery Skin and Body in the last month and loved them all! The space is clean and inviting. Jamie was welcoming and professional and made my first sugaring experience comfortable and fun. I also have had 2 therapeutic massages with Kristen. The massages are the BEST ones I have ever had. I have been wanting to find a massage therapist that I connected with and see on a consistent basis and I am thankful to have found Kristen. Highly recommend Refinery Skin and Body. They are just opening but I know they will only get better from here ✨🧡✨

I've seen 2 different providers here for both facials and sugaring and loved them both. Very friendly and informative. Price is very reasonable too. I go there regularly.
