Pinnacle Dermatology - Grand Blanc

My first visit to Pinnacle Dermatology was 2/19/26. I met Timothy Kessler and he was very personable and put me at ease immediately. He answered all my concerns and assured me everything was normal. I left the office feeling my skin situation was good for my age and I have nothing to worry about. The only issue I have is trying to set up my profile on the portal. I will reach out to the office for help soon and I’m sure it will be resolved. Thanks again to Timothy Kessler. The rest of the office staff was very accommodating as well.

I'm in my 80's & have been going to Dermatologists for 40+ years. I went to Pinnacle because we are new to the area & I would not recommend. The young Dr. spent all of maybe 5 minutes with me. Did no treatment, like freezing an area, just marked 3 areas to be cut on. Of course these came back needing more surgery, surprise, surprise. I have a spot on my back that has been draining & bleeding for some time. He did nothing with that & he was in and out so fast I forgot to mention that to him. I told the Moes Surgeon about that area and that young Dr. not even looking at it. She didn't really care, all she did was tell me what a great Dr. he was that treated me. I don't believe they they really care about the patient there but rather the bottom line which comes down to turnover & surgeries. "My opinion only"

Everyone was friendly, and professional. From the front desk, to the checkout! I was greeted promptly, taken back and seen Tim. Where he addressed all my concerns. I also received text messages when sooner appointments came available. This was a nice option as a earlier appointment fit my schedule better!

The front desk was friendly and efficient. My wait to see Dr Kessler was quicker than I expected. The Dr cared about my issues and had a good plan to start me in the right direction. I am confident that I am in the right place. I appreciate it and thank all of them.

I love Pinnacle dermatology med spa! I have been in for a Signature Hydrafacial and Microdermabrasion. Both were amazing! The skin care specialist Nicole Hill is very professional and made me very comfortable.She really listens and helps you decide what treatments best suit you. I have bought some of the products she recommended and it’s available there during your appointment. Again, products that suit your needs. The staff there is very friendly on the phone and in person. Very clean and relaxing office.

My appointment this morning with Dr Kessler was great. He was very efficient and we even had a few laughs. I am sorry that I did not get the name of his nurse because she was also so very pleasant. I highly recommend this facility. Jim Nichols

Very happy with the whole experience. From check in to check out everyone was helpful. Doc did his thing and made me laugh over our love of coffee all while explaining every concern I had.
