Highly recommend Skin Agency. Staff is helpful and kind. The front desk is responsive when you call with an inquiry. The whole process is smooth, from purchasing a package to checking in. I’ve visited the Granada hills location before but most of my appointments have been in Glendale (they have convenient locations across LA and make it easy to switch from one location to another according to your schedule). The Glendale office is clean, with free bottled water and street parking. Chill vibes and good music. Maria and Stephanie at the front desk are lovely. I’ve been seeing Christina lately and she’s an amazing nurse, always so attentive and sweet! Customer service is great all around. I’ve purchased multiple packages for PRP & laser hair removal. Their specials are priced competitively (just make sure to save messages because they have different promos going on through texts, newsletters, social media, etc. And sometimes it’s location dependent). I specifically recommend Skin Agency for laser hair removal in LA. They use the industry standard Candela GentleMax Pro and are much more affordable compared to some places that might not even have as effective lasers. If you’ve ever price shopped, laser ranges from cheap, sketchy Groupons to very expensive options like Milan & LaserAway. Skin Agency is the happy medium I’ve been really happy with so far. Will definitely be back!

I absolutely love this place! Came highly recommended by a good friend and I could see why… The place is just beautiful, the staff is supper friendly, and sessions are quick! They’re able to accommodate appointments relatively soon, and their prices are reasonably affordable. The only down side for me is the cancel policy is $50!!! So don’t cancel 😅 Definitely recommend 👍

I have had 3 full body laser hair removal sessions at Skin Agency Glendale ans it's been fabulous. All my technicians have been awesome, very friendly, thorough and a very positive experience. It is really quick and not painful at all. The results for me were immediate and I could not be happier.

I wanted to give a shoutout to Tina for her talent and professionalism. I went to the Glendale location for lip filler, and she proactively and honestly told me that she thought a smaller amount of filler would look the best and most natural. I followed her recommendation and I could not be happier with the results. She is meticulous about how she fills the lips and now my lips look exactly the way I want them to, and they look natural too. Thank you, Tina!!

I had an issue during a recent visit. I was charged extra for the face during a full body laser session, even though it had been included before. It felt unclear and frustrating at the time. Thankfully, the team reached out and resolved it professionally. They’ve now updated their policy so the full body package does include the face. Also, huge shoutout to Christina. She’s amazing, as always! Super thorough and kind. Her service is one of the main reasons I keep coming back.

I absolutely love how transparent The Skin Agency is! The laser hair removal prices are posted on their website and it even tells you that they use the Candela Gentle Max Pro. The nurses are always thorough, knowledgeable, and experienced. Love the staff and always love my results!
