I love coming to ProLase Glendale….I drive from Orange County to them because the staff and the way they treat me is well worth it aside from the great deals of course! I usually have Katherine take care of me but this time I had Katiana and she was excellent. Both Katherine and Katiana take care of me and make sure I leave satisfied with the service I got before I leave. The staff who checks you in is very patient, friendly and welcoming. Had my laser hair removal touch-up/monthly session with Agapeh at Prolase and it was a great experience. She’s such a sweet nurse—very friendly and genuinely makes you feel comfortable during the procedure. She explained everything before and after the treatment, which I really appreciated. The clinic is clean, welcoming, and the staff are all very friendly. Would definitely recommend.

I came in for a touchup for laser Hair removal and they were so great and professional. They didn’t just target where there was hair growth, but the entire area for a 15 minute touchup. They are so professional it’s so clean and their prices are amazing. Rouzanna was so sweet and educated about the treatment as well.

Nurse Ayapeh was phenomenal, friendly, efficient, and super quick. She made the entire laser hair removal process comfortable and easy, and her energy was amazing. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I absolutely love her and highly recommend her!
