Her injection technique is precise and thoughtful —she takes the time to assess, explain, and customize treatments. I was also extremely impressed with her gentle touch and care. Lily was the RN who did my lip filler, and she was absolutely wonderful—so patient, attentive, and kind. I was very nervous before my procedure, but she made me feel completely at ease throughout the entire process. Everything felt easy and comfortable thanks to her care and professionalism. I will definitely be returning for other procedures they offer! The young lady who took me to the room and went over the procedure with me was also incredibly kind and welcoming. Overall, this is an amazing place to go for any procedures—I highly recommend it!

I had a great experience with Lily and Charles. Lily did my lip fillers and forehead botox. She is an excellent professional, extremely patient and helpful, and professionally trained. Very clean office and very friendly (and pretty) office staff. They are practically walking billboards for this med spa! This was my first experience with them. I had to go back for a touch up and they got me in promptly and took care of me. Micah did a nice job taking the time to understand what I needed as her client. She is friendly, sweet and knowledgeable. I loved that she took her time, measured and marked multiple times to ensure the best possible outcome for me. I felt like she genuinely cared about my experience. I appreciated the staff’s services and how they conducted business.
