Really incompetent dermatologist! She misdiagnosed my redness as moderate rosacea and prescribed me multiple medications that caused me harm. I went to a qualified dermatologist who doesn't sit back and scroll through KP's database of medical conditions and he was able to detect the root cause of my redness - a strong serum I was using. Kaiser employees the most inept doctors who could never make it outside of their organization and Chong is definitely one of the worst out there.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Chong like forever- maybe not, she’s not that old. But she’s a godsend. She’s patient, listens carefully of my ailments, never rushes me and treats me with respect. More important, she’s treated and resolved several skin problems of mine and I trust her inherently. She also saved my husband’s life by noticing and addressing a fast growing skin cancer which the prior doctor missed. I recommend her.

Unprofessional. Canceled the day of the appointment within hours of the appointment. We drove 2.5 hours to pick up my father in law who has dementia and spent an additional hour getting him ready for the appointment. Why isn’t another md on call

Horrible care. Super condescending, and did not help with an actionable care plan. Kept directing me to the "after visit summary" instead of answering my questions, which was the most generic info I could have googled.
