Had a Septoplasty done and now I can finally BREATHE! I work as a FF and have always had congestion. Ever since the Palisades Fire, my congestion and snoring had kicked into high gear, driving me to seek proffesional help. I had an awesome experience here. Everything between the initial consult until the post op care was amazing. There was an issue with my surgery date where it had to get cancelled last minute. Dr. Austin and her team went above and beyond to get me in ASAP without having to lose out on all the time I had taken off. The team is very caring and was very attentive to anything that I needed. Would recommend to anyone, 100 percent.

I have been living with a deviated septum in addition to a bone spur in my nasal cavity for over 30 years. Dr Austin diagnosed it and after performing surgery, Dr Austin gave me instant relief. I cannot thank Dr Austin and her staff (Ellen and Elizabeth) enough. They have all been amazing! Thank you so much, I appreciate all you have done for me! I wish I could give you more than five stars.

I wish I could give her a better review, but my surgery experience with her was not good. I had a rhinoplasty and she removed too much cartilage and made my nostrils flare out too much. One nostril had so much cartilage removed that you could see straight through it when looking at me. I also had too much scar tissue on the tip of nose making it very bulbous. It started shifting to one side and she said it could never be better. She did not provide enough support to the base of my nose, which make it turn to one side too much. I ended up having to get a rhino revision from another surgeon who fixed all of Dr. Austin's errors. It is such a shame because she is actually very nice, just not a skilled surgeon.

I highly recommend Dr. Austin for any of your skincare needs. After trying various high-end creams, I never thought the spots on my face would disappear. However, I decided to give Dr. Austin a chance, and I was truly amazed by the results. Dr. Austin is patient, kind, and genuinely listens to your concerns. Choosing Dr. Austin was the best decision I could have made. She works miracles.

I agree with all the positive reviews for Dr. Austin. She is very kind, compassionate, honest, meticulous, a good listener and just overall an amazing doctor. I had my revision rhinoplasty with her last week and I am very pleased with the outcome. I can barely see the scar in between my eyes after only one week and I love the shape of my nose. Thank you Dr. Austin for your exceptional work.

Made me feel so comfortable. I’ve been to quiet a few consultations for cosmetic surgery and this by far was the best facility I’ve been to. Gave me honest advice and thorough explanations, and helped ease the immense anxiety I had while never pressuring any procedure. Received sculptra and Dr. Austin did an amazing job, very happy with the results. I don’t ever write reviews, but highly recommend Dr. Austin; not only is she incredibly skilled in her profession, but she and her staff have outstanding bedside manner.

Her service and professionalism exceeded my expectation and most importantly a guy like me who hates hospital felt very comfortable and welcoming during my pre consultation. She did not force me to anything and gave me many options. Suffering many years from my deviated symptom I have determined to get my septoplasty from Dr. Austin. Its one of my best accomplishment I did in my life. My nose is super straighter, breath better and my sleep got so much better. Didn't know why I waited so long.
