She actually listens to her patients and is very empathetic. She sets up great care plan for my health issues and refers me to appropriate places as needed. Her team communicates well and her turn around time has been timely that I was able to avoid few urgent care visits. She’s knowledgeable and thorough. I’m very satisfied with the care I have been receiving and will keep her as my primary as long as I can.

My company changed Insurance Providers and was forced to find a new doctor (previously with Kaiser). After much research, we decided to try Dr. Yoon. Best decision we ever made! Dr Yoon spends as much time as necessary with us and the front office staff is always so helpful. The team is so good I am switching both my adult kids over to her as well!

Receptionist/Medical Assistant is no help at all. I am a patient of Dr Yoon and I got covid 12/3/23 and it was my first time getting it, I got hit really bad. So my husband needed to file a leave to take care of me. Dr Yoon gave me a letter for my work and mentioning my husband as my caregiver for 5 days. My husband’s company sent forms for review and to be completed by Dr Yoon, then the staff was saying they cannot do it as their policy says they can only complete forms for their patients. But my husband’s forms was asking about my condition, estimate of how long my condition will last and etc. They said No and that they cannot do it, instead they redirect us to have my husband doctor to complete the form, totally doesn’t make sense. It’s time to change doctor that’s for sure! Don’t waste your time seeing doctors that cannot even help you for some paper works that you need for your work or your caregiver.

Dr. Esther Yoon is the worst doctor ever. Very unprofessional and does not care at all about her patients. She will spend just a short time with you as she did to me and my friend and then call you in for bogus appointments just to bill the insurance company. She has also lied and billed the insurance company got percedures that were never even done. She is a total fraud and legal action should be taken against her. Not to mention She also misdiagnosed me twice and can not real labs at all. She was incorrect about several things on my labs and also told me my blood pressure was low when it was perfectly normal. Completely incompetent

Receptionists made my life hell. I’d been a patient for years when I found myself overseas with no luggage (airlines lost it). Unfortunately, my life dependent medication was in the luggage. I called Dr. Yoon’s office to get my prescription emailed so I could get it filled in Paris and they very nonchalantly gave me the runaround. I had to call multiple times and still they made no effort to assist with the issue. They didn’t notify Dr. yoon herself, have the on call physician tend to the issue or bother to call me back. Nope. And just to emphasize how dire the situation was, I couldn’t just say f it and return home because without the blood thinning medication I wasn’t permitted to fly! Completely unacceptable behavior and lack of professionalism. If you’re someone who desires care and consideration for your medical emergencies, go elsewhere.

Inefficient, Lacks empathy, she couldn't care less.
