SAVE YOUE MONEY & TIME. Normally don't like to leave a bad review but I tried calling 4 times to resolve this & they didn't pick up. THE BOTOX IS NOT BOTOX because it didn't do a thing, my forehead had complete movement exactly how it did before injections. Additionally, the injections left my forehead in pain for 2 weeks which is definitely not normal. When I called back to discuss, they didn't pick up all week. I tried calling 4 different times and there was no way to leave a message for a call back. I'm assuming the Botox was so diluted that it just didn't work. The first 2 times I went, it was great. The 3rd time, they made me wait 2 hours for my 5 minute appointment. I complained because I had to leave to be somewhere. And my complain I mean I went up to the front desk and nicely asked why I had to wait so long if I had an appointment. Told them I had to leave to pick my child and that's why they quickly took me in after a TWO HOUR WAIT past my original scheduled time. The fourth time I went it was the experience I'm describing where the Botox didn't work AT ALL and left my forehead in pain. So do yourself a favor and save your money & your valuable time. What a disappointment.

I am not someone who typically leaves negative reviews, so the fact that I am taking the time to write this speaks volumes. Unfortunately, my experience with Nayera was extremely disappointing. She injected filler into my upper lip area rather than the actual lip, which caused my upper lip to look protruded instead of enhancing the fullness of my lips.When I returned to address my concerns and asked for a correction, she did not listen to what I was explaining and became aggressive during the appointment. I expressed that I was uncomfortable, yet instead of allowing me to speak or making me feel heard, she raised her voice and insisted that my lips looked fine and that this was simply my anatomy. I know my own face and anatomy, and I have had lip filler before without ever experiencing results or treatment like this. The lack of professionalism and dismissive behavior made the situation even worse. I truly regret coming here and would not recommend her services to others

Watered down products including the Botox and fillers. Will tell you need more and your body is metabolizing quickly so come back quickly to keep paying her for watered down products that don’t work. Take your money somewhere else.

Nayera ended up giving me a lip ledge from injecting too much into my upper lip when I said I really wanted to avoid the lip ledge look. I am unfortunately suffering from the permanent damage it has caused because no matter how much I dissolve and reinject the lip ledge keeps returning. I deeply regret coming here and wish I never did.

Been going here for years. Nayera gets booked up pretty fast, so I went with her nurse Elin a couple years ago and now I go by her. She has the same technique that Nayera has and I love my results every time. I refuse to let anyone other than Nayera or Elin touch my face. Something I love about them is that they will say no when they need to and won’t just inject you for money. The front desk are young sweet girls.

Completely overfilled my lips. I’ve had my lips done many times. She was very fast and even with the numbing it hurt, I’ve never had that happen. She filled way too close to the corners of my lips. It looks awful. Wish I stuck with my original injector at vanity look center.

Nayera is doing an incredible job. I was always hesitant towards injections, but the results with her are super natural. She’s very talented.
