I'm posting this for my Mother Nancy Fatscher. She has a horrible rash / burn on her chest that is very uncomfortable. When to see a dermatologist who said she needed a prescription cream to help and she would be able to pick it up at the pharmacy.... later that day it was not there and after calling the doctors office found out they sent the script to a mail order service ??? Now it's another day and no cream to help and found out since it was sent to the mail order another script would not be covered by insurance for her to pick up at the pharmacy. So unprofessional and no compassion by the office. Now she is still without relief cream and will have to suffer until the delivery comes .... very upset by the unprofessional behavior of this office

I’m so glad a friend referred me to InnovaDerm. Dr. Alexis Leone was fantastic—she addressed my issue the same day, which made me very happy, and I received my biopsy results within just a few days. I highly recommend her. I am 100% satisfied and strongly recommend this clinic.

Years ago I went in for something on my shin that turned out to be nothing. Since I was there, they performed a body check and found some pre-cancerous growths and and probably saved me from a terrible fate. My appointments usually start at the exact time it's scheduled and the office staff and docs are cheerful and pleasant. I highly recommend this outfit.

The Provider who saw me for my 8am appt on 9/23/25 was thorough, knowledgeable and kind. My issue rests with a staff member when I arrived for my 8am appointment & she told me 5x’s that I never made an appointment. I shouldn’t have had to stand there & defend myself & to be publicly ridiculed. I understand she was upset due to the day prior to my appointment when I called to cxl my 9:45am for 9/23/25 due to work obligations. She stated there would be a $75 fee for cxl’s done before a 24 hr period. I stated I’d go to a different office and ended my call, because she did mention that I hung up on her. So the 8am was open & I saw the Provider, but here’s the clincher..I called the Call Center after my appointment & luckily I spoke to the same woman who originally made my appointment on 9/22/25 at 2:55 pm for 9/23/25 at 8am.. she saw that someone went in ( don’t know who) and cancelled my 8am appointment for 9/23/25 at 3pm.. so 5 minutes after I made the appointment it was cancelled. The staff at the office said I’d get a TEXT if I made an appointment but the CALL CENTER said that late appointments after one’s been cxl’d & the other booked that I wouldn’t receive a TEXT. Point is..listen to your patients and don’t argue with them

Amazing provider! Alexis was so thorough. I felt very comfortable during my whole visit. She’s very professional and knowledgeable. Addressed my concerns, made me feel heard. I am really happy I came to see her. She is a phenomenal provider!!

I have been seeing Maria for almost a year. I leave every visit and text my daughter, "My Dermatologist is just amazing!" She is honestly just the sweetest, so thorough and I have never felt rushed or unheard. I trust her recommendations and I’ve had incredible results with hair regrowth thanks to her treatment. I’ve discussed all of my skin concerns and she always has a solution. The entire staff is very professional but also so friendly. I’ve recommended this practice to my own patients, family and friends. Also love that they have an esthetics Nurse on staff!

At our recent visit, the physician recommended a stronger medication for my daughter. Initially, I requested to hold off and try less aggressive topical treatments first. After further consideration, we returned and agreed that starting the stronger medication would be appropriate. At that point, the physician stated that my daughter did not need it. We explained that her skin appeared improved only because she had been in the sun, which is not her normal baseline, and this was already known to the physician. In response, the physician told us to seek care elsewhere.
