I recently had the opportunity to be a model for a training in the Gilbert location. What a wonderful experience. It was very respectful and very honest when discussing my skin. I have some specific feedback for Bea. She quietly counted to when the needle inserted. The counting gave me notice of when to expect the injection. It was so helpful. I would recommend anyone taking this experience if offered. This is Luann Williams.

I received Botox services at Derma Health in Gilbert and had a great experience! Sasha was kind and carefully listened to my concerns. Paige was truly amazing from start to finish. Incredibly personable, engaging, and such a great conversationalist — I felt comfortable and at ease the whole time. She's clearly an expert at what she does and really knows skin, especially when it comes to sensitive types like mine. I have highly sensitive skin that reacts to almost everything, but she was so knowledgeable and offered thoughtful, well-informed product recommendations that actually work for me. It’s rare to find someone who really takes the time to understand your skin and tailor everything specifically to you. Beyond being professional and skilled, she's also so much fun to talk to! The entire experience was enjoyable, informative, and truly one of the best. Highly recommend her to anyone — especially if you have tricky skin like I do. She's a gem!

First time at Derma Health and I had the Luxe Glass Skin Facial, their relaxation facial. The office was clean and bright and everyone was so friendly. My aesthetician was on time and asked me about my skin and any concerns I have. The facial was relaxing and my skin felt fresh and vibrant after. I will definitely be back and can’t wait to try out other services!

As soon as you walk in, the front desk staff greets you with kindness and a smile. The area is clean and organized. Karla is amazing to work with. She took the time to get to know me and my concerns. She gave me a few options with details and went over any questions I had. I never felt pressured to do or buy any additional services. During the actual procedure, Karla made sure I was comfortable and went over step by step what she was doing as she was doing it. I have done 3 procedures now and every time its been a positive experience.

She’s not only incredibly skilled, but she takes her time to really understand your facial structure and goals, ensuring the results look natural and balanced every single time. What stands out most about Bea is her genuine care for her clients. She never rushes through an appointment — she explains what she’s doing, why she’s doing it, and makes sure you’re completely comfortable from start to finish. Her perfectionism shows in the results — subtle, refreshed, and exactly what you hoped for (often even better). The Gilbert location is warm and welcoming, and the entire team makes every visit an amazing experience. I followed Bea here because she’s the best in the business, and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my face!

Kelsy Paige Karlie & Drea were FANTASTIC! Came in for facial and was SO pleased ended up receiving additional services. Awesome ambience! Incredible and supportive staff! Outstanding!
