Not sure how all the reviews are perfect? You can have some really good doctors but if the office management is a mess it trickles down.(not talking about check in as those gals are awesome) I, unlike several friends, have been patient as I have been a customer for over 25 yrs but they went from amazing private practice to "corporate", yet not even good at the corporate side. Today, trying to make appt for Mose surgery and 3 times , yes I swear, 3 times when "connected " to make that appt, after 8 to15 minute wait on phone EACH TIME, and or CALL Back wait, no one answered and no VM. I do not have an hour to make one simple appt. I always wait way longer at my office visit than they would ever wait on a late customer, and I find that interesting. Poor man last visit threw a fit as 15 late but he said he had waited for years in the waiting room over 15 mins:( He stomped out). Billing..., there is the office billing, and thats difficult enough, but if that gets messed up you are on your own because you go to "I dont know where place", Like might as well be on with AOL and since I only speak Spanish as a second language I dont understand much added with they are just doing their job with a very lacking script. 2 months to get back money owed as noone listened when I said I contacted my insurance and it is covered, "can you call if you have doubts" but I get they dont know what they dont know, so I paid knowing the fight and time to get it back is pretty much not worth the 300 dollars. Point is, when just simple visits that are on time ish, yes, some goood Drs, Dr M being the best, but I have got to stop contributing to the mess. There are still offices running like a private practice even if they have gone corporate. Crazy that 30m years ago 1 physician with 1 nurse and office mngr managed very well. I know, times have changed but seriously....The physicians Im guessing are simply employees and have no input so I dont blame them , but do think they should be aware.

I appreciate the ability to schedule my appointment less than a week in advance. Everyone was pleasant and friendly. The facility was clean. The appointment was timely. However, I went in for a skin check. The last time I was in for one, the practitioner brought to my attention some white freckles on my arm and gave them a term. He further explained that there was not a cancer risk and that’s it’s unknown the exact cause. During this appointment, the practitioner also made note of the white freckles. However, she stated that it was different condition and that it can be both generic and cancerous. First, did she read my patient chart before seeing me? Second, how can I be given two separate diagnosis? Who is incorrect? I paid almost $200 for this visit which left me confused.

Dr Kelly was highly recommended to me and after going through my surgical procedure with him I can understand why he was so highly recommended. He is not only a knowledgeable and talented surgeon but he is a nice man! He took the time to answer my questions and to make sure I was comfortable with the procedure and I knew what to expect. The staff from reception to the surgical team were friendly, helpful and kind. I had a great experience with a wonderful result!

Efficiently run, well oiled operation! Appointment was on time, got in to meet the surgeon after quick check in process. Surgeon came in next to do the surgery and send tissue to the lab. After surgery patients are moved to an interior waiting room with TV AND SNACKS! Once tissue review shows margins are clear, patient is moved to plastic surgeon to ensure tissue is sutured correctly to give best healing results. Next patient is escorted to check out and schedule return visit to remove stitches one week later. Impressive organization! Hoping my face looks okay next week!

Dr. Kelly and his assistant were incredible. The procedure was quick and painless, and we had a nice, relaxed conversation throughout my time there. The follow-up care instructions were clear and I left feeling confident that I could manage just fine. I couldn’t recommend this office more!

Everyone is very kind, and professional. They explained clearly the procedure, which was done quickly and well. The after care was also emphasized, and questions were answered in detail. Excellent experience.

I have made my last visit with this office. Here are a few reasons I will NOT return….Front office does not greet you when you approach the front desk. When asked to come up to the desk, they are not friendly in any way, asking for my personal information and discussing my co-pays loud enough that everyone in the office can hear my business. My doctor had very bad etiquette. He was rude and condescending to me because I could not make my semi- annual visit sooner. Made an appointment 1.5 months in advance to have a removal. No one from the office called to review our deductible before surgery or what the surgery would cost etc. After surgery on my way out they hit me with a $600 bill. All they could say was sorry no one called to review prior. If you want to be heard and valued by your Skin Doctor and Staff, do NOT choose Center For Dermatology…..You are just a number $$ there.
