The office and facilities are very clean. I had one mole sent to a lab and another looked at. It was a breeze. Everything is thoroughly explained and I look forward to doing my yearly checkup. All front desk/checkout staff I’ve interacted with are friendly. The CMA I had today and at my previous appointment were both great. I LOVE my PA, Megan Ferrito. She listens to all of my concerns and answers any questions I have thoroughly. She genuinely cares about my well-being and getting the best treatment for my acne. I could tell from my very first appointment that she wanted to get me on the right track and find a solution for me. She isn’t like some providers that just give you something they know won’t be helpful just to get you to come back more often. I would recommend anyone I know looking a dermatologist to come here and see her!

After waiting nearly two months for this appointment, I was hopeful that all of my concerns would be addressed, but unfortunately, that was not the case. Firstly, I was charged for a specialist visit but was seen by a Physician Assistant rather than a dermatologist. Secondly, the consultation felt rushed, with little attention given to the multiple issues I raised. The PA informed me that she would only address my eczema during this visit and that I would need to return in two months to discuss any other concerns. As a result, I am now left to seek care elsewhere for other ongoing issues, including the persistent, itchy bumps at the back of my head (photo attached). These were not examined at all. I also mentioned acne on my body and a growing skin tag, but neither was looked at during the appointment. Overall, I left feeling disappointed and unheard.
