I can’t say enough good things about this clinic. My providers Dr. Mitchum and Dr. Lawless, in both dermatology and primary care respectively, consistently exceed expectations. They are knowledgeable, attentive, and take the time to make sure all concerns are thoroughly addressed. The entire support staff deserves recognition as well — the medical assistants, scribes, and phlebotomist are all incredibly helpful, skilled, and professional, which makes every visit run smoothly. The clinic itself is always clean, well-organized, and efficient. I always feel confident that my needs will be met. Highly recommend this clinic and I will most definitely be continuing care here.

The people here are wonderful. Every single staff member, especially the nursing assistants, has always been kind and welcoming whenever I come in for vaccines, blood tests, physical exams, and more. This should have been a 5-star place, but because of my experience with Dr. Bertha, I had to lower my rating to 1 star. I wish I could share more details, but over the past three visits since last year, every appointment with her has felt uncomfortable, and I never felt like I was in a safe space. Today’s appointment was the worst. It genuinely pains me that I now have to look for another clinic for my care, especially knowing how consistently good and supportive the rest of the staff has been. Healthcare should never feel this way. Every patient deserves quality care without feeling judged.

Dr. Mitchum never fails to impress me. Her care for her patients is top tier and she’s always so supportive and understanding. Down to her scribe and medical assistant who were both super attentive and helpful with any questions I had making me feel very taken care of every step of the way. The front desk people were very welcoming and friendly as well. Overall amazing staff, place, professionalism and work ethic. I highly recommend montgomery medical clinic to anyone looking for a new primary care provider or dermatologist. Will be returning soon!

If I could give this place no stars I would. While the front desk staff and medical assistant were kind and welcoming, everything went downhill once we saw the doctor. We came in for a physical, yet no real exam or testing was done. The doctor simply talked to us and then proceeded to give medical diagnoses without ordering labs or conducting proper evaluations. This was alarming and felt careless. After receiving a bill, I called the billing department and was kept on hold for over 30 minutes while the system claimed I was first in line. When someone finally answered, I was told the billing person had "just walked in." When I eventually spoke with the billing representative, Takia, she was rude and unprofessional. As I explained our concerns, she laughed. Her behavior was disrespectful and completely inappropriate. Between the doctor’s conduct and the billing department’s attitude, this practice is not one I would recommend. Stay away.

I had a phone appointment with Dr. Efraim Kessous at Montgomery Medical Clinic. Dr. Kessous was exceptionally patient and took the time to answer every question thoroughly. He explained things clearly. The call felt personal, professional and efficient. I highly recommend Dr. Efraim Kessous as a primary care physician.

Dr. Sara Brooks came recommended by Dr. Kathryn Kelly and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. She’s got great bedside manner, is a good educator and easy to feel comfortable with even in a paper gown for a full body mole check. I’m relieved and grateful for a smooth and shameless experience. The techs and nurses are equally kind and professional.

Dr. Efrain Kessius was professional, knowledgeable, and made the entire process smooth. I completed my FAA medical certification here, and everything was handled with care and clarity.
