Dr. Meeks was friendly, fast and efficient. Knew exactly what she was doing and explained every step we needed to take. She also made sure I understood, later in the day her office called to let me know exactly how much the procedure would cost, which i find to be extremely helpful. Didn't make me call them until I got ahold of someone. They were proactive and handled it, then let me know. Perfect.

The lady that served me was very personal and very helpful. And I don’t use the term "served" lightly. She really had a servant’s attitude. I highly recommend the entire team. Everybody there knows how to treat you well and respected.

The entire experience was easy and efficient from scheduling, check-in, surgical visit, post-surgery instructions and follow up. All of the staff working with Dr. Orlowski were great. They worked together as a team. I was apprehensive when I got there but they immediately put me at ease with their caring and painless approach. That evening, I received a follow up phone call from Dr Orlowski to see how I was doing and seeing if I had any questions. Day by day instructions are very clear. I have referred several friends as a result of my experience.

I had a great experience here! Everyone was attentive, professional and friendly. Dr Orlowski explained the steps of the surgery and what I should expect. Everything went smoothly and I was able to go home sooner than I had expected. Dr Orlowski even called me at home that night to follow up. I would highly recommend this practice!

I had an excellent experience with Dr. Timothy Orlowski. He was very professional, gave excellent information, and had a good doctor/patient relationship. He did a skillful job on my surgery. His nursing staff was efficient, informative and were great communicators as well. Overall the experience was a very positive one. I appreciate their service.

Exceptional bed side manners. His assistant was a top notch professional and the admin staff was friendly and efficient. Cyst removal was less than one hour. Follow up phone call was timely and empathetic.
