Often when I call the office, the receptionists do not answer the phone. Are they that busy? So, yesterday (10/27), I left a message for them. This morning (10/28) a receptionist returned my call. As I was discussing the problem with an old address for the Franciscan Pharmacy with her and trying to get clarification, she was short with me and hung up on me. How rude!!! This is NO way to run a medical office!

This Dermatology clinic is outstanding. When they heard of my situation, I was able to get an appointment rather quickly. The receptionist, who was very friendly to Dr. Hillyer and the nursing staff, did a wonderful job. They all listened to what I was saying and didn't try to rush me through the appointment. I felt they were truly concerned, and I left feeling my issues were important to them and they would help me get better, and they did. I strongly recommend the Skin PC team to meet your dermatology needs.

Chad Hillyer is amazing he is pleasant, kind and thorough. Would recommend Skin PC to anyone.

I would recommend no one use SkinPC or Chad Hillyer as your dermotologist.10 years later I still have joint pain, dry skin, hair loss etc.. after Chad prescribed me Accutane. Chad assured me that that the drug was 100% safe and to not read the negative reviews online.

Had a mole removed at another dermatologist office. They did a horrible job. Chad came highly recommend by a friend and after speaking with his nurse Heidi, they got me in right away. They were able to correct some of the issues from the initial procedure and alleviate the pain. HIGHLY recommend!!!

First appointment with NP Deb Baker! Deb and her nurse, Jeri, are so helpful, kind and professional. Deb was able to explain my skin concern concisely and gave me a couple of treatment options. Deb was also able to take care of removal of a cyst for me at the time of my appointment which was painless! The gal at the front desk was sweet and welcoming, unfortunately I did not get her name. So happy to have NP Deb and her team in Fremont!

The front office staff was really nice when I scheduled mu appointment and then had to reschedule. I saw Mallory and she was great. She listened to my concerns and came up with a plan. Mallory was her professional, knowledge, kind and caring. What a great experience. I will be recommending Skin P.C. and Mallory to everyone!
