Dr. Wilde did a great job explaining the process and performing the complete removal of the malignancy on my face. He inspired my complete confidence before, during and after the procedure. The staff was wonderful and did everything to make me.comfortanle. the nurse Anwyn who assisted him was able and professional and gave me her extension for calling with any questions. I was in and out in 90 minutes, and that included a lab analysis of the tissue. I love this practice and am grateful for the kind and expert doctors and other medical and administrative people.

This is a massive shout-out to an incredible duo: Dr. Preston and Natalie (MA)! Thanks to some truly terrible sun habits as a kid, I'm now a regular at the dermatologist. When I needed to choose a new doctor, I was drawn to Dr. Preston because of the specialized Gentle Cure procedure the practice offers—and I could not be happier with my decision! Dr. Preston and Natalie are simply a phenomenal care team. Natalie is the consummate professional: she's incredibly easy to talk to, gets the appointment started efficiently, and provides all the resources you need in a timely manner. And Dr. Preston? She is wonderful! She is highly competent, incredibly knowledgeable (she absolutely knows her stuff!), and she has a truly outstanding patient presence. She doesn’t rush, asks thoughtful questions, and gives wonderful treatment and preventative options. If you're in Northern Colorado, you are incredibly fortunate to have this dynamic team looking out for your skin health!

Left a message at Front Range over the weekend regarding new appointment about two issues. Received call back this morning and was treated rudely. I am 85yo. Ok we tend to talk a little more describing our issues, but I was rudely cut off in the middle of a sentence while describing the first. Was told that would be TWO appointments. Conversation proceeded...I had to repeat my name and birthdate twice. After we finished setting up the FIRST appointment in mid March, she restated the date and time and simply hung up. Never asked if I had any questions, nor scheduled me for my second issue., She just clicked off. Dr. Preston did an amazing job healing a wound on my late husband's leg. I felt confident Dr. Preston would be an excellent doctor for me also. But since I was hung up on without being able to set up an appointment for my SECOND issue, nor could I ask to be put on a waiting list in case someone cancels sooner... As much as I would like to continue my patient/doctor relationship with this clinic...now I am not so sure. Perhaps someone should tell the person I spoke with that receptionists are the first face of any medical practice. This receptionist should learn politeness.

Dr. Preston was awesome but I no longer go here because Kat, the person who works the front desk. I asked to reschedule my appointment for a Monday or Tuesday morning. She said Mon or Tues appointments are booked out until late march, how is wed April 1st at 1215? Thats neither morning nor Monday Tuesday. How's April 2nd at 830? Thats Thursday. Kat just doesn't care at all.

This office was great years ago when getting me through acne treatment but now... I called three separate times trying to make an appointment, reached voicemail each time. I will admit I didn't bother leaving a message the first two times - but I'm calling when I have time, not for them to reach out at their leisure. Finally left a message but promptly called a different office who was answered and was happy to get me scheduled. Upon FRDA call back I said "I went ahead and called another office, but I appreciate the return call" "Oh, okay" *click* Hanging up after not bothering to answer the phone and serve your clients is wild. I won't be returning.

Dr. Wilde and staff are AMAZING! Dr. Wilde makes you feel comfortable and at ease and promptly takes measures to address your problems. I would highly recommend.

This is my 3rd annual checkup at Front Range Dermatology and each time I’ve been very happy with the professional level of care I’ve received. The staff is friendly and helpful and Dr. Preston takes the time to thoroughly explain everything I need to know about my exam and treatment options.
