If I could give this doctor 10 stars I would. Dr. Moss is an honest and sincere doctor with a fantastic bedside manner. I find her to be so gentle administering Botox. She literally marks every area before injecting, and her technique is nearly painless. The prices are also the best I've encountered. The practice is modern and very clean. Highest recommendations.

I loved my experience here! I came in for a derm appointment and was seen quickly. The receptionists at the front were very eager to help and friendly! The P.a.’s are very informative and sweet. Would recommend this office! Very fast and efficient. Nice and comfortable environment.

Such a nice place but completely unpleased with the scheduling people. I had it, I’ll have to find a different dermatologist. EVERY single time I call the first 2-3 calls they don’t pick up and when they pick up the gastro people responds. Fine they transfer me but im on hold for long or it just goes to voicemail..I work in the healthcare system and i understand it gets busy.. but I also go to other specialist and they pick up the calls right away or it just doesn’t feel like a hustle to get through and make appointments. Just today i called 4 times, phone called was picked up on the 4th try…to which the front desk girl was nasty and with attitude.

Scheduling fine; Reception fine; Modern office. Elsewhere, had one physician assistant and two MD's not correctly identify and medicate my condition - but Natella did ! She rapidly examined, diagnosed, and arranged a med or two, to treat that which is, at least by medical standards, minor. Sincerely thank Natella for her most brilliant expertise. I have tremendous confidence in her so personable and approachable high level of diligent care !

Does anyone actually work here ? If you’re not going to pick up don’t leave a person on hold.

Keep copies of ALL your bills. This place either has the worst billing department or something else is going. They are unable to keep track of paid bills. Thankfully I have copies. But stay away, unless you enjoy getting bills for services from 8 months and enjoy a unnecessary headache.

The office staff has a positive attitude. The doctor very professional. I am very satisfied.
