Came in today to get skin tags removed and honestly had a great experience from start to finish! The front desk staff was welcoming, professional, and made the entire visit feel seamless. That level of care immediately puts you at ease. Jessica, the physician assistant, was amazing. She was patient, explained everything clearly, and handled the procedure with genuine care. The removal itself was quick, meticulous, and surprisingly minimal on pain. A clear reflection of her skill and experience. Along with her assistant Sarahi, their calm and reassuring energy made a big difference, especially when you’re dealing with something unfamiliar. Highly recommend this office if you’re looking for skilled staff and a genuinely good experience!

I arrived a little early. The girl at the front desk greeted me and asked a couple of questions. She was so friendly and her voice was very comforting. They called me in right on time. In the room, the nurse went over the protocol for my procedure. I had skin cancer removed from my forehead. I felt comfortable by this time. Not as nervous.when the surgeon Dr. Entered my room he introduced himself and exuded such confidence that I knew I was going to be ok and in good hands. He was very efficient and got started immediately. The shot he gave me numbed me up SO quick and so completely I was impressed! I didn't feel anything and he was done within 10-15 minutes. Then I waited. He came back and told me he got it all so I was done . Everyone was very helpful and patient to explain things to me the surgeon was very professional, clean, polite, personable, and super good at what he does! Today when I changed my gauze and bandage, I saw the incision he made and I mean it was PERFECT! A perfect circle. I will recommend this office to everyone and anyone who needs dermatology care. I'm VERY happy with my experience! Thank you everyone for being so nice!

The staff at Pacific Dermatology in Fontana is absolutely awesome—friendly, professional, and welcoming. The office is super clean and well-organized, which really adds to the overall comfort of the visit. Dr. Kim is truly a gem! She’s incredibly pleasant, takes the time to answer all your questions, and is very patient. She explained every step of the treatment clearly, which helped my daughter and I feel confident and informed throughout the process. Highly recommend!
