Jennifer took her time and did an absolutely amazing job! She is so sweet, patient, and thorough. I love my nails. I found my new regular spot!!! Highly recommend Jennifer at YM.

First off I love this place as soon as you walk in you are greeted and taken care of. Eva my nail tech did such a beautiful work on my nails both my mani and pedi I can’t stop looking at my nails she is so detailed and gave me various suggestions on what I was looking for. This was hands down *THE BEST* Mani/Pedi experience I've ever had!!! Eva took care of my nails with such precision that you can tell she is a perfectionist in any task she takes on! The entire staff all have *wonderful* customer service skills and I would definitely recommend this location! I wish I could have more stars!!! I had my hands and toes done here by a new technician. I think her name was Maria, but it was the other nail tech that wasn’t Elva. She wasn’t very good and she used a pumice stone to scrub off my hair which caused an abrasion the next day and a scab. Worst of all, I just realized she gave me nail fungus on my big toe. I was wondering why my toe was a bit red and painful for days and figured maybe she just filed too much. But weeks later the spot turned brown and the nail in that specific area of my toe started to thicken. I’m so mad because this is now permanent. I also bought a $300 manicure/pedicure package that I have to use with them. So upset about this.

Excellent service by Cindy! She’s attentive to details and took good care of my nails. Wishing the service was quicker but overall it was a great experience. Will surely come back again:)

Very nice staff and so detailed, got my mani and pedi done here and it was great. Highly recommended. Call them to make a reservation ahead of time, they price match Groupon too, they actually prefer customers to call and book directly since Groupon takes a cut. This place is located on the 11th floor. Budget about an hour and half to two hours for this!

Angie has done facial and massage for me for the past three years. She is the best. Very kind, friendly and considerate. The environment is clean and comfortable. I feel relaxed after facial and massage.
