I was never," required to sign up for their app, which I tried to do but it didn’t work and I’m fairly well tech savvy. The Admins took care of everything and I only had to fill in minimal paperwork. I was very pleased with that. The Admins were very polite and friendly and helpful. I actually saw the Doctor and not a nurse practitioner. With the previous dermatologist I saw I NEVER saw the doctor. Dr. Hollis Burrow was very cordial asked good questions and presented a plan with a few options in it and together we picked one that I was most comfortable with. I wish their office was closer to my community but I’m good with where it is. It’s not too out of the way.

Nurse practitionerDiaz and her nurse were very professional. I arrived 30 minutes early and was seen within 10 minutes of being in the facility . The nurse described to me what would take place and collected the vital information she needed. Nurse practitioner Diaz was compassionate in her procedure and explained what would happen before during and after. They check in and check out process was easy and well managed. I did not witness any employee on their cell phone, which is a huge plus in any business. The lobby and procedure rooms were clean an organized. I would definitely recommend this facility.

Great staff!!! I went in to have some skin tags removed from my neck area. These ladies did a wonderful job!! You can’t even tell they were there. The process was easy, fast, and friendly! From the receptionist to Dr Jenna Ainsworth. Thanks for the wonderful service!!

It was ok but there could have been better communication between doctor and patient didn’t ask me anything didn’t tell me anything as to if it was a lap of skin on gonna be a graft! And did i even have to have a graft would it have grown back like it was? I mean anything would have been better than what i got!

Initial consultation with Dr. Burrow (3rd generation!!) went marvelously. He and his staff are friendly, accommodating, and willing to work with you to get your needs met. PLus, they have a great play list on the background music (a real bonus!). Seriously, give them a go! Two thumbs up.

The team here is great! I feel like they value my time, and wait times have been very short. Jenna always smiles, and takes great care of me. I was a patient of Dr. Bill Burrow as a teenager, and all of the changes since have been positive. This will always be my choice for skin care!

The staff was very friendly and pleasant. I wasn't treated like a number very welcoming environment from the moment I signed in. Dr. Hollis Burrow walked in shook my hand, introduced himself, listened to me, made me feel comfortable, and determined the best treatment plan for me. I have never been to a doctor's office when everyone was friendly I do mean everyone. I highly recommend without hesitation and this was my first visit.
