Genesee County Health Department

had an excellent experience with the Genesee County Health Department. The staff were professional, knowledgeable, and very helpful. Appointments were easy to schedule, and I felt well taken care of throughout the process. I appreciate their dedication to the community’s health and highly recommend their services!

Directions are not good I got lost and still can’t find the building

Staff was absolutely wonderful. Usually you don’t expect to have a fun time at the health department but I absolutely enjoyed the experience and highly recommend this place. Special props to Sydnie she was fantastic.

Waited 3 months for appointment. They have changed me 6 times in the past so I wanted to confirm everything. They cancelled me again. They then set it for tuesday at 11:00. I confirmed THEIR new change by text and by phone the day before. I came at 10:45 and she said they never make appointments at 11:00. I don't know who spoke to you, even though I called their correct number. Now you have to go to the end of the line, she says. They said do you want to rescedule? I said yes. They said we can't even look at next week, the calender is not up yet.

I been in and out of hospital i have a pre existing conditions my family had almost all has the covid shot some only 35 years old. All my brothers have had it and there in better shape than me genesee health dept sucks. I atill waiting. I over 60. I guess i going to start going there everyday until i get my shots see you tomorrow.

Never bring your kids here for shots if they already have a good pediatrician. My daughter got a flu shot here, and people like these are why my daughter is terrified of shots. She frowned impatiently the whole time, she yanked her sleeve up unnecessarily roughly, and jabbed the needle in to the bone. Absolutely horrifying for both of us. Sierra at The Children's Office is so gentle. She's the only one doing my childrens' shots going forward.

Been waiting 2 months for a covid shot for my senior husband who has health conditions from this place. What a joke! People would be better off going through rite aid( which we did) or meijers than wait on this place for a covid shot.
