I've been a patient here since August 2023. Everyone who works here is very nice and accommodating. Dr. Sofer is easy to speak to and listens to all my concerns. I have always felt comfortable at this office. The wait time can be long sometimes, but it is worth it for the level of care you receive. They take their time with each patient to give them the best care possible. I had a reduction in summer of 2024 and have been going to follow up appointments since then. The only issues I ever had post surgery were my own fault because I didn't follow the instructions set forth by Dr. Sofer. I'm still seeing them regularly for keloid scar treatment and the treatment has felt very personalized and catered towards my needs. Will definitely stick with Dr. Sofer till the end!

Waited months for a consultation. They then called to reschedule it even later. I never received any type of confirmation of appointment, so I called the day before. My appointment was at 9:30, wasn't called in until 10:00. Blood pressure machine didn't work. No big deal. Young gal took all of my information and left the room stating the Dr. would be in shortly. 45 minutes later, still no Dr and nobody even peeked in to say she was running behind. I dressed and left. I'll spend my thousands elsewhere. I heard another gal ask when she was going to be seen as she had been waiting a long time as well. Waiting room was packed when I left. Very unprofessional.

Dr Sofer and her staff are amazing. She has been doing everything she can to help me through my special situations. She is easy to talk to and she won't give you any b.s. Highly recommend!!

I went in for a breast and tummy tuck consultation. Dr Sofer just was not personable. I thought she'd explain implants/sizes and such. Nope. Just took some measurements and basically left. The nurse came in took pictures and gave me the price sheets. I left there not knowing anymore than when I came in. I talked to my pcp and she said go with mu gut so I decided to go somewhere else. She was just not for me. Very cold demeanor.

Dr. Sofer and her staff are amazing. I had a bilateral mastectomy with immediate reconstruction and she made sure after my surgery that she kept a close eye on me. She and her staff took so much time to explain everything. The work she does is amazing and is easy to get ahold of if needed. I highly recommend her.

Where do I even start??!! Dr sofer and her entire staff are just absolutely dear to my heart! I came into this office with a scary diagnosis and Dr Sofer has been a complete Gem through this entire process! I have seen her every single week since the end of July. She has been incredibly diligent… patient..compassionate and understanding through this whole ordeal! Each one of her office staff has been wonderful to me every single week! My surgery has turned out beautifully! You would be doing yourself an injustice going anywhere else! Dr Sofer and her staff is where it’s at! Go have a consult…. You won’t regret it!!!
