This was my first time visiting dermatology Inc. I had the pleasure of meeting Dr.Xiao! OMG…. He was phenomenal. I was so impressed with him! Once I found out I had to have a biopsy, he really calmed my nerves and explained in detail what was gonna happen. I appreciated that ! He talked me through the experience in such a positive way. He really listened to me and addressed my concerns. We don’t find too many doctors like this today. I definitely will be returning. Thank you also to his staff who was very courteous, friendly and kind.

Derm Inc. is an outstanding dermatology office, and I can’t recommend them enough. From the moment you walk in, the entire experience is professional, efficient, and welcoming. The front desk and clinical staff are consistently kind, organized, and helpful, which makes appointments run smoothly and on time. You never feel rushed or overlooked, and the office itself is clean, modern, and well run. The providers at Derm Inc. are knowledgeable, thorough, and clearly committed to patient care. Appointments are thoughtful and detailed, with plenty of time for questions and education. You leave feeling confident that nothing was missed and that your care was taken seriously. I’ve seen some negative reviews, and they truly don’t align with my repeated experiences. In my experience, Derm Inc. delivers high-quality, patient-centered care with a strong team culture and excellent communication. If you’re looking for a dermatology practice that is professional, trustworthy, and genuinely cares about their patients, Derm Inc. is a great choice. I personally see Samantha Kitcoff, PA-C. She is the best!

I scheduled an appt with Dr. Xiao for my ongoing dermatitis issues, and he was such amazing help! His recommendations have made me feel so much more confident in my skin. It’s refreshing to have someone that genuinely cares about patients and gives me the time of day. Definitely recommend scheduling with Dr. Xiao!

The staff and doctor were incredibly kind and attentive. They took the time to truly listen to my concerns and addressed them thoughtfully. I felt supported, respected, and in control of my treatment with the right amount of guidance throughout the process.

I keep seeing all the horrible reviews and wonder if I am going to the same place as the complainers. I have not encountered any issues with the Dr. or staff. They have always been pleasant, and I had the best whole body skin examination Ive ever had or at derms.One dr., at a different practice told me I had too many spots and freckles to tell if any were pre-cancer or cancerous. I do have a lot, but Dr. Stephens found the problems. I would recommend giving them a try.

Worst experience I've ever had. I've been dealing with eczema for years and have not been able to sleep from it. I've contacted this office multiple times about reaching out to my insurance for a pre-authorization for dupixent and have been ignored and dismissed. I would not recommend this office for any skin issues you're having. They don't care and will not help

Can't speak to other docs here but Dr. Xiao is great; made me felt heard and explained things thoroughly. Receptionist seemed overwhelmed though and everyone seemed too young
