Had a very bad rash. Come out to be I have autoimmune disease. Giving myself a shot every 2 weeks. I'm a lot better. Have only positive things to say about this place

I'm not surprised at the terrible ratings of this place and I'm glad that I had a bad initial experience so that I didn't end up receiving care here. My PCP sent in a referral and when I called to see if it was received the receptionist was so rude that I will forever tell people to avoid this office. Before knowing anything about my need to be seen, she had to rudely make me aware that they are booking out to December-February, particularly for new patients. 6-8 months??? Are your doctors providing care on another planet? So I clarified even if you have an urgent growth that could be cancerous? And she said "it depends.." Right off the bat she seemed so inconvenienced to check on my referral and take my name/info. She was unhelpful, miserable, and I would never wish to call or visit this office, based on their first line of contact. I'll make sure to spread the word though!

Doctors are incredibly slow, receptionists are the slowest and most useless people you’ll ever speak to. Always sending everything in to the medical assistant who also can’t do their job right either. The receptionists can’t even check when appointments are available like a traditional receptionist does. You have to wait several business days to know or receive anything back. I’m so tired of this office. (They also cancel appointments the day of just because doctors want to go on vacation last minute) Absolutely terrible… I get they have a lot of patients/referrals but there is no excuse for disgusting behavior!

Insurance covered it so no out of pocket expense. Parking lot was busy but found parking quick. Dr. Was nice and heard my concerns. Great apt.

I've been seeing Regina Brown for about 2 years post Melanoma diagnosis. She's very thorough and knowledgeable. I can ask any question I need to and be confident it will be answered. I don't recall the name of the medical assistant I see there but she is wonderful also. They both even recalled my son from his one appointment there and took the time to ask about him and how he's doing. I'm confident in the care I receive here.

This office is quite busy, but that is how the staff prefers it! My recent visit was fantastic with Dr. Albert Z. He was so down to earth and knowledgable. Extremely professional but with a personal touch. The wait for the appointment was significant (over 6 months) but my issue was addressed and I highly recommend.

This was my second time going because I figured I would give them another chance. But was disappointed once again. After waiting almost 6 months to get in, I get there and 1. Front receptionists were having their own little conversations about non work related topics while talking to me at the same time. 2. MA that walked me in didn’t even look at my face ever till she left the room. She talked at me the whole time but never looked at me. And 3. The doctor had me in and out in a total of about 10 min. I had so many questions for her but couldn’t get them all in because I felt rushed the whole time. She also didn’t explain anything to me, she just started prescribing things and typing on her computer without asking me if i even wanted any of it. And then I saw her back ... out the door she went. I get more info out of a YouTube video than I did from her. The only professional one was the receptionist at the check out. Get out of there Amy Ayala!
