Michelle Draper is absolutely worth her weight in gold. I had a melanoma removed eight years ago, and have generalized anxiety disorder on top of that. She is so patient and does her best to keep me at ease at every skin check. She is a gem!!

If you’re looking for a rushed appointment, no real answers, and nurses who are more interested in watching cooking videos on the clock than caring for their patients, you’ve found the right spot. Husbands appointment was right around ten minutes and had no time to ask questions. When he asked to have a spot on his back checked as well as his head (what the appointment was originally made for) he was told "we will look if we have time but the doctor only has 15 minutes scheduled for you". Terrible experience with no answers.

Great clinic but the procedure I had done was very painful and hasn't fixed the problem. Dr needs to communicate more.

I scheduled a first time cancer screening here after a ton of research. At first I was scheduled with a new doctor & told to check back everyday for new spots with other doctors. I did just that & got an appointment with a doctor with several more years that I felt more comfortable seeing. I did this months in advance. The staff seemed helpful. Then the day of my appointment I log into MyChart to check my appointment details to make sure I don’t forget anything & there’s no appointment. I’m confused because I received no text, call, or email saying my appointment was cancelled. So I call a few hours in advance just to check thinking no matter what I can easily just get in because I planned this months in advance. The first thing the lady on the phone asks me is did I accidentally cancel the appointment clicking a button in the MyChart app by accident. Which I find not at all empathetic accusing me of fault. She proceeds to read off the next available times a week out at a different location with a doctor I don’t want to see. I ask for a manager & eventually get one. She’s nice to me & finally admits fault but there’s still nothing they can do but message the doctor to see if they are empathetic to the problem they created. She told me she’d personally follow up with me and it’s been over a week now. Not even to tell me they can’t do anything for me. Now I’ll be going out of my way on purpose to avoid this place & most likely other Everett Clinic services because I’m afraid my appointments will just be canceled with absolutely no notice.

Asked for a bill when I was leaving, was told exam was free. Although it was my first visit they somehow had an address that was 5 years outdated. I didn't give them this address. 120 days later I get a call from a collections agency. Credits scores are important and this place put mine at risk for no reason. I will never return to this clinic out of principle

Love the doctor here! She is so kind and responds promptly to my chart messages too! Long road I went down before coming here but she confidently made next step action and it worked!
