I had a dermaplane facial and brow wax yesterday morning with Tiana and it was such a great experience. She was so easy to talk to, she made me feel at ease since it was my first time getting a facial, and she made the whole experience fully customized to my skin needs/concerns. Everyone there is so friendly and nice. I’m so excited for my spray tan today!

Good experience! Therapist was knowledgeable and helpful - Made sure I was comfortable throughout the experience. Experience was very relaxing. Bed was heated and comfortable. Head/scalp and shoulder massages were wonderful. Will definitely go back. It’s a little pricey so might be a once or twice a year special occasion type deal for me but I think the service is worth the money. ALSO… My hair looked better than it has in a very long time the next day! I wore it down and without any barrettes/accessories and that is VERY rare for me. Side note: Google Maps made it a little difficult to find the location but the therapist took my call and helped me find it. Employees were attentive to all needs and made the entire experience as comfortable as possible.

My aesthetician, Jenna is phenomenal!! Today was my first time visiting Lux spa but I can guarantee it won’t be the last. I will miss several meals to add this service into my monthly budget ! It’s hard to explain the feeling of something you never knew you needed added to your beauty routine ! From the moment I got to the location I felt a calm sense of peace. The shop is BEAUTIFULLY decorated and so aesthetically pleasing ! My type of vibe for sure. I would had given Jenna my whole days pay if I could have !! Her services were just THAT good ! Truly am stepping into my weekend feeling refreshed.

Hadrian was such a sweet person. She made sure to make me feel welcomed and comfortable during my session. I was able to get a last-minute appointment and I am so grateful to have received a head spa with peppermint. I’ve seen it all over TikTok with the water halos and always wanted to do it. I highly recommend that if you have scalp psoriasis to go and get this treatment done. I walked out those doors feeling confident, clean, and ready to take on the rest of the day.
