Dr Kate and staff are phenomenal!! After much research, I decided to drive from Nashville to see Dr. Kate. She has great reviews on several fb group pages and her results were super impressive and seemed to be what the patient asked for.. Happy to report my surgery was no different! I got exactly what I asked for with realistic expectations set by Dr. Kate. 3 weeks post op and I've not had anything close to a complication, not even a stitch out of place. Her surgical site team was also amazing and so kind. Can't say enough good things.

I trusted her with my biggest insecurity, my arms and she made it worse. My arms are so botched other surgeons won’t touch them because of the "mess" she made. I can’t begin to describe the emotional and mental turmoil this has caused me. I was blocked on her page for leaving my review of my experience. If you stand by the work you did, why try to silence me?

I cannot express how life-changing my breast reduction surgery has been! Dr. Kate is absolute amazing and truly exceeded all my expectations. From the initial consultation to the post-op care, every step of the process was seamless and professional. Dr. Kate took the time to listen to my concerns and ensured I felt comfortable and confident in my decision. The results are incredible—not only do I feel more confident in my appearance, but I also feel so much lighter and more comfortable physically. The attention to detail and precision in her work is unmatched. I only wish I had done this sooner!💙

Went for consult not once but twice. Dr Kate told me during my first consult to get a mammogram so I did . Went in for second consultation money and calendar in hand for her to say "she felt uncomfortable doing my lift with implants". When I asked her "why" she couldn’t give me a clear reason. My first thought was maybe it’s because I’m plus size. Not sure if she felt uncomfortable doing a plus woman (still within the body fat criteria Amelia has) or if it’s because I requested a larger "cc" with a lift. I was disappointed that she knew after my first appointment that she wasn’t going to do my procedure but sent me for a mammogram anyways. Definitely upsetting that I was out of pocket for the mammogram.

I had to have breast reconstruction surgery post total breast mastectomy. Dr Kottwitz was recommended to me. I could not ask for any more compassionate and kind staff and surgeon. They are one of the most caring physician offices that I have ever had to use. There never was a long wait, they always met you with a smiling face, and were very quick to answer any phones calls or messages. Dr. Kottwitz is very skilled, knowledgeable, and really cares about your outcome! She does great work! I would recommend her to anyone based on my experience!

Dr. Kottwitz performed a double mastectomy with free nipple grafts for my fiance. Not only is she the most attentive doctor I have come into contact with, her staff is as well. She is extremely inclusive and wants the best possible outcome. She is patient and efficient. Very sweet and saved my fiancé’s life.

Dr. Kottwitz did a major procedure for me. Made me feel beyond cared for. She was very determined to make sure everything went as well as it could. Seriously the nicest surgeon i have ever met. Her staff are all so friendly and helpful as well!!
