My husband and I both believe Dr.Mull is efficient, effective with treatment, knowledgeable, extremely thorough which is more rare today as well as she promptly sees her patients, provides timely results. Her office staff is efficient in getting responses to your calls and MyChart messages.

Dr. Mull is very kind, thorough and detail oriented in her exam and offering treatment pathways. She and her staff are very timely with response to MyChart messages, calling with test results and follow up care. I wouldn’t hesitate to refer patients of any age to Dr. Mull.

Dr. Mull has a very gentle bedside manner. She explained the procedure very precisely to my child. She was so friendly and was one of the best doctors we have seen. Her nurse was awesome as well!

Well, I can say that Dr. Mull is a good, very thorough doctor with great bedside manner. Sadly, though, I ended up with a frustrating experience overall. I missed an appointment this week that I made a couple months back, which is obviously my own fault. I was waiting for an email, myChart message or myChart notification (what I had believed to be the main form of communication), or text message about the upcoming appointment which seemingly never came. They did, however, give me a call the day before and left a voicemail. To be honest, and - again my fault I know - I didn’t check it because - ya know, spam. I was told today upon calling to apologize and to try to reschedule (because I only got the notification that I missed an appointment via email on Saturday and the office was closed until Monday) that I was permanently barred from her services for the one missed appointment. I wish I was being hyperbolic. So, while she is a great doctor, and has served other members of my own family well, I would be very, very cautious. The policies this doctor maintains are quite harsh and leave no room for error. Mildly funny side note - I had an appointment unexpectedly cancelled by this physician in August the same morning of the appointment after waiting 3 months to get in. I then patiently waited another 3 months to be seen in November. Irony!

What a great experience I had! Everything from the facility, staff, technology, and bedside manner of Dr. Mull were top notch! She was very thorough and listened very well. I will definitely refer!

Dr. Mull and her nurse were absolutely amazing! The communication, bedside manner, and thoroughness of the appointment were awesome. Highly recommend.

Dr. Mull is a very through, caring, professional. She takes the time to answer all questions and provide exceptional dermatology care. A true professional.
