The staff is clearly overwhelmed by the number of patients at their clinic. It's dirty, and unprofessional. There is only one member of staff that's doing a stellar job handling phone calls (that I've spoken with anyways) The rest of the staff seems unprofessional and stressed. The doctor is hard to talk to and refused to re test when a patch test sweated off of me. She read the results of a failed test and took that for what I am allergic to, even tho i reported welps and requested a re test due to the faulty patch test. I received a piece of paper with over 20 things I am allergic too with no further explanation even when I asked questions. I asked the doctor to help me understand how to avoid these things and was basically told to spend money on dehumidifiers and avoid the allergens... but how can I if you refuse to further test me for suspected allergens?? I feel left in the dark, my questions un answered and not heard. I'm very frustrated. I'm on every allergy medication and inhaler possible and I'm still struggling. Waste of my time. I'm looking for another allergist that can actually help me.

Dr. Gurram is always very nice and very knowledgeable. She diagnosed me with a tickborn meat allergy back in 2009 after 2 other allergists in the Tri-State were clueless. No language barrier at all either if you worry about that sort of thing. Staff is very good as well.

I spoke with him three times he cut my depression medicine in half when I never asked him to do that and when I canceled two appointments he cut it down to 50 mg is this even legal? He's very upset I canceled appointments so he starts messing with my depression medicine that's dangerous should be illegal

No Stars. I swear I have tried to call this business 6 times. My doctor sent over as referral and they have not called or reached out via mail about setting up an appointment. I have been very sick and need to have allergy tests done. I will not be going here.
