Dr. Joseph Tadros and all of the employees I was in contact with were terrific. Checking in was easy, most of it was online the day before and finalizing check-in only took a minute or two. The employee that checked me in was very friendly and polite. Dr Tadros listened to my concerns and he took his time. I didn’t feel rushed. It was a great appointment.

The treatment from Dr Tadros seems effective although at my last appointment he said he was going to freeze a small growth under my right eye and then he never came back. Lauren is a great asset to the practice. She is very thorough and follows through promptly. When trying to make an appointment for a growth in my left hand, I felt that the person who answered the phone on Aug 21 did everything possible to keep me from coming in. What was later diagnosed as a squamous cell tumor was growing very fast. At first she told me that I should just come in on my regularly scheduled appointment on Feb. 3. When I told her that I didn’t think I should wait that long, she said there were no appointments available prior to that date. I then asked her if I should go to the emergency room and she said that they would just tell me to see my dermatologist. So then I said well I guess I’ll have to find another dermatologist and she responded that they do have an appointment available on September 18. In other words, she was blatantly lying to me. I’m not sure why?? So after the squamous cell was removed, it was biopsied and Lauren called to tell me that I should have Mohs surgery and that someone would be calling me. When I received a call to schedule the Mohs surgery on Sept 22, I was told that the earliest available date would be October 27. I did schedule my surgery for October 28.

Very efficient office. I was seen at apt. time without having to wait. Office staff very friendly and both Dr Tadros and Dr. Jurado were excellent.

Lauren is always amazing, she listens to her patients concerns. She is a great NP and so thankful she is on my care team. The front desk staff was very kind and helpful.

I really like Lauren and the staff. They're very helpful and courteous.

Dr. Tadros makes you feel at ease. He is a very compassionate doctor.

Arrived early, but they still immediately got me in. Doctor was fast, listened, and handled everything. Was out right at the time the appointment was supposed to start. Staff clearly cares and is quite efficient. Only real complaint would be the wait to actually get an appointment, but that is probably due to shenanigans beyond my comprehension.
