Ines Silva, patient coordinator, communicated with me for nearly two months, even on weekends, to accomplish my goal of getting a Uromune prescription at Dr Lira's office, at Hospital Angeles in Tijuana, after having a virtual consultation with me in the US. Well first off I am hard to get high grades from. I came to Turkey for urology… penile implant specifically. I had a liaison name Moustaffa…. A prior nurse and the go to person to make things happen which he was capable of….. nice considerate human being. The surgeon who attended me goes by his first name Ali … his specific talent is Men’s reproductive issues…. I spent 31 years working in 4 level three trauma centers ….. I knew from the get go he is an expert in what I needed and on a Wednesday into sx for an hour came out and no pain or issues … both these men are easy to speak with in English and have a can do attitude for their jobs.
