These girls were seriously the best! Gianna G. spent so much time understanding my goals, walking me through my options, and creating a plan focused on natural results. She’s so knowledgeable, professional, and made me feel completely cared for. I’m so excited to see my results in the next couple of weeks! Gianna also introduced me to Diana G., who recommended BBL treatment for my skin goals. She was super sweet, informative, and made me feel confident about the plan. Went to Jem medspa for Botox on a recommendation from a friend and had an amazing experience with my injector Nicole. She spent quality time during my consultation understanding my goals, explaining options, and creating a long term maintenance plan focused on natural results. My initial results softening my 11’s and forehead were more than I hoped for, my facial symmetry actually improved! I was so happy I came back 2 weeks later to treat my crow’s feet. Nicole is knowledgeable and has extensive experience, genuine, and made me feel truly cared for.

JEM is hands down the only place I would trust with my aesthetic needs. The staff is unparalleled in their knowledge in this industry, the med spa itself is pristine and so beautiful, and everyone that works there are always so welcoming and friendly. I see Nicole for my Botox/Filler and Amanda for my skin. I also love Noelle, Gianna, and Emily. Just to name a few - everyone there is amazing!

My experience at jem med spa has been amazing. Noelle is my injector and she is AMAZING!!! I cannot recommend her enough. She is so educated and knowledgeable, she won’t go past what you can handle even if you ask her to, which lets me know she is very passionate about her work. I just went in for my second round of lip filler, it’s painless and so quick. Noelle walks you through each step and always makes sure you feel comfortable. I HIGHLY recommend noelle for all your filler needs! The facility itself is beautiful & the entire staff is very kind and warm. From the moment you walk in you feel welcomed.

Loved my experience and working with Tanvi! She was incredibly thorough and took the time to really evaluate my skin, not just rush through injections. She also helped and evaluated some other skin concerns I had been having and figured out how to cure it. I never felt pressured, just genuinely cared for and we’ve even set up a regime / schedule to get me prepped for my wedding. The results look natural and refreshed, and I left feeling more confident and informed about my skin overall. Highly recommend if you’re looking for someone knowledgeable, thoughtful, and results-driven.

I love JEM. I cannot rave about the staff, the environment, the services, the follow-ups, the products, etc., enough. I have been extremely cautious about which medspas I go to anymore after a few horror stories I won't go into detail about (obvi with other companies), but since going to JEM, I've put all that behind me. I have been at both Orland Park & Elmhurst, love them both, but this review is specifically for @Diana at the Elmhurst location. She's given me chemical peels, which I enjoyed doing with her, but we're currently working through the MOXI Elite laser series, which I've never done before. Not only is she very conscious of how I'm reacting to the treatment, but she has this vibe about her that makes me feel so welcome every time I come in. Sometimes I just feel so blah & icky before my appointments, but she has a way of perking me up & getting me excited. That's how I'm feeling when I leave. How can you beat that? I live in Chicago, so it takes me a little bit to get to this location, & yet she's been incredibly patient & forgiving on days I was behind schedule. She probably has so many clients, yet she takes her time to hear me out and communicate. You can tell she loves what she does. I appreciate her so much & recommend her to anyone seeking out treatments she specializes in. Thank you, Diana & the rest of the JEM staff for making me feel beautiful inside & out. See you soon!

My entire experience at Jem was wonderful! From scheduling my appointment over the phone to when I walked in, I felt welcome and loved the atmosphere. My injector was Gianna G and she was truly amazing. She explained everything beforehand, made sure I was comfortable during the entire process and was so easy to talk to and ask any questions I had. My lips look amazing and I am so happy with them! I will definitely be back again! Jem Medspa is definitely the place to go!
