Dr Charles Kwak quality of care is top notch. You can tell he has a passion for his work and it’s shown in his care. I recommend Dr Kwak for anyone seeking dermatological perfection. His knowledge is superior and he truly cares about his patients. He will always have your best interest at heart. And that to me is most important.

He illegally tries to take "security deposits" from medicade/Medicare patients even though he's getting paid thru the insurance. Do not pay a security deposit, contact. Medicade/Medicare immediately. My Complaint had been filed with CMS. (Medicade/Medicare) And it's funny because they had never mentioned anything to until after agreeing to do surgery with him, they make my appointment and then told me about this. Complete waste of time and Taz payer dollars. If he was upfront I would have gone else where. Now the 2 visits medicade paid for where for nothing bc I have to do 2 visits with the new doc for the same thing. I'll update as I get updates for Medicare/medicade

뉴욕에서 최고의 피부과 의사라고 생각한다 지난 10년간 몇 안되는 한인 피부과 의사들을 만나봤지만 상업적이 아니라 가장 전문성을 가지고 환자들을 대하는 진솔한 의사였다

No me gusto la atención de la clínica ni del dr , tengo medicare y el seguro United Heathcare, , mi copago fue de $50, le dije q no tenía , q me mandara el cobro a casa, me contesto la secretaria , q si no pagaba al momento con targeta o cash , me vendría un aumento de $10 más en el recibo,después a la hora de ver al dr, Dermatólogo CHARLES KWAK, le explicó q mi cabello se me cae en grandes cantidades x 2 meses, me reviso y no demoro ni 5 minutos y me dijo q era normal, q podría ser x stress, y q podría tener un proceso de 3 a 6 meses , paraba la caída de cabello y volvía a crecer, no me receto nada , ni shampoo, ni loción para el cabello, ya q otro momento me lo han mandado, pero este Dr no me recetó nada de nada , y bye , y q regresara a los 3 meses, q opinan , ni loca , ni cuerda para regresar y regalar mi dinero.

No me gusto este doctor y no lo recomiendo para nada no le ofrece tiempo a uno y no es amable con uno malisimo😡
