I am always happy with the service I receive the Med Spa! Bianca is an amazing esthetician! She explains all the treatments and their benefits so well. Patsy is also so great! I never feel like she is trying to upsell the most expensive treatments. She tells you what works best for you and the areas you want to see improvements. I always leave satisfied with the work they do.

I have been a customer of this clinic since moving to El Paso in 2022 and I am always looking forward to going back every time. I have been seeing Jessica for my injections and she has always done a great job of meeting my needs and leaving me to look and feel great. She takes her time to ask me what I need/want and even recommends what not to do sometimes, which I appreciate as she does not want to push any unnecessary services just for profit. That is very important in this field of work. I also have been seeing Bianca this year for my laser hair removal and she is an absolute sweetheart! Always friendly and does her job very well ensuring comfort and satisfaction with results. I have done a few other services at this clinic as well and never had a bad experience. All the staff and medical professionals are super friendly and helpful. Prices are also very reasonable and they always have ongoing promotions and rewards for clients. I had an excellent experience with Patsy. She took the time to explain everything, answered all my questions, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the process. My Botox results are flawless and natural-looking. You can tell she truly knows what she’s doing. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending her to others.

I began my laser hair removal with Mitzy. She’s so down to earth and has the best bedside manner. She was very informative, answered my questions, and made sure I remained comfortable throughout my session. I already have my next appointment booked for my 2nd session as well as my first facial!

My experience with all the staff , the nurses, everyone have been great.. they all make you feel so welcomed .. they all took care of me with respect, patience , and gave me the best care .. To the rest of the entire staff - they are all amazing .. I was there for my second time surgery and they made it all so easy , I was not nervous ; I knew I was in good hands .. I have been traveling to this clinic, both locations, for treatment for 9 years. There are several near my home but these folks get the job done beautifully and precisely each and every time. I have visited other places for similar treatment and the service pales in comparison. Thank you specifically to my RN. Jessica who is friendly and accommodating to my needs especially if I start to get a bit nervous or jittery. She has provided top tier care and service. At the time of my exit these gals are dedicated to finding coupons, deals, and savings so I get the best bang for my buck!
