Excellent! Wonderful! (20 minutes late due to bus delays) I arrived as a new patient and was met with friendly smiling staff. I was still seen even though I was well past my check-in and appointment time I just had to wait for patients to be seen that were scheduled and on time. Which wasn't an issue for me. Dr. Weiss and his assistant listened thoroughly, were very understanding of my dermatology issue/needs. He explained everything very well, was gentle during exam and reassuring that we'll get it resolved. Will update when I go for followup in 2 weeks

1st time there and everyone I came in contact with was nice and made me feel welcomed. Dr. Seidman and Miguel was the highlight of my appointment. They both came in ready to help and I was overly excited to watch them both work together it was almost like they were reading each other’s minds. Thanks for caring for me and I will recommend others to your office. I just read some of the other comments and I honestly didn’t have one issue. I didn’t have to wait months for my appointment and was seen at my appointed time and the check in and out was nice just like I wrote at the beginning. Thank you SDFD staff of El Cajon.

I see Dr. Chaing there as my primary dermatologist and overall she is pretty good and takes her time, listens to my needs and cares. I have pionted out that when I was diagnosed with skin cancer, she should have been the one to call me and give me the news. I got the news about my skin cancer from a scheduler who had no bedside manner and basically gave me extreme anxiety. After the fact, I found out that the pathologist didn't include all the information on the results that was given to the doctor. I asked to speak to my doctor, because I found out if no cancer cells are found in the diameter and the perimeter, the mohs surgery aren't necessary. As it turned out, after my surgery, they didn't find any cancer cells at all. I really feel, pathologists need to be more thorough and test better, because my surgery wasn't necessary and now I have a slice of skin missing from the middle of my forehead and possibly a scar. I wasn't crazy about the surgeon I saw there either and would have appreciated a chance to have a consult before scheduling my surgery, but I wasn't offered this. If I ever have this happen again, I will definitely consult with the surgeon before I schedule and make sure I'm comfortable with the surgeon. Maybe get a second biopsy too.

I had an appointment with them because my toenail had a fungus infection and had an appointment before it which was very misleading and messed up and didnt understand a thing from it. Today’s appointment was to take a sample from my toe nail, they brought a nail clipper that was rusty, i rejected thay because it is rusty and they brought a box full of nail clippers which were all compeltely rusty as well. I rejected that as well, they tried to punish for that by giving me an appointment after a month from today by saying they have to buy new nail clippers and it will take them a month to do so. First of all, there is no way a legit and normal clinic can use something rusty because it can make an infection. Second, the medical assistant was disgusted and didn't wanna do her job in the first place. Third, there is no way that i would ever go back to such a horrible clinic as well as I advise everyone to stay away from this place because they have zero patient service, zero hygiene, and zero respect. The rate here can literally explains why this place is horrible already so dont get fooled by their nice made up response on your comments Those rusty nail clippers cant be even used on pets or any creature

DO NOT TRY TO GET AN APPOINTMENT AT THE EL CAJON OFFICE. You cannot get in, no matter how urgent. I waited months for an appointment, then wasted half hour on hold and trying to text and email. I do not even think they rate 1 star. No response. They are simply too big to care. Now I can't even get confirmation of cancelation of my appointment.

Honor your appointments that your company sets! Contacting me an hour and a half before my appointment to see if I’m ready then never contacting at all during my 2pm - 5pm appointment timeframe is beyond unacceptable. It’s going on 2 months I’ve been waiting for my surgery and still haven’t had a consultation with the surgeon. Going to ask my PCP to refer me to another office that actually does what they claim. Follow up: I just noticed that someone from management took the time to come lie on this review to save face. I was contacted in response to this review, not when I was supposed to be contacted for my scheduled appointment. I was scheduled for the next day for my consultation. Companies like this do whatever they can to save face rather than admitting that they screwed up.
