Jane H. Lisko, MD

Dr Lisko has been a wonderful Dr for me over the years. She treats my skin cancers spots (squamous cell) effectively either by freezing/burning them or doing Mohs surgery. She recently treated cancer on my leg w/a new treatment, Epifix that promoted quick healing and it worked!!

I visited Dr. Lisko for the first time to have a body scan and a look at a few spots I was concerned about. Dr. Lisko was very thorough, going through my whole scalp and using her hands as well as her eyes to check out all moles/spots on my body. The areas I had wondered about were not of concern, but just keratosis that she froze. She biopsied a small nodule on my nose which turned out to be basal cell carcinoma and was followed by MOH’s procedure in her office and I was referred to a plastic surgeon for repair the following day. All was arranged by her office in a very timely manner. She also biopsied a very small mole on my thigh which surprised me. And that turned out to be melanoma. It was caught early and was very shallow so I did not need to have lymph glands checked or do chemo. I believe Dr. Lisko caught this because she was so thorough and careful in her scan. When she removed this mole and surrounding area she explained everything to both my husband and myself. She is a very caring professional. I was very pleased and have much confidence in Dr. Lisko as my dermatologist.

DR. LISKO is very friendly and professional. She is very good with explaining her diagnosis and potential treatments. She is also very careful / cautious with any treatment applied.

She was unable to diagnose a common nail fungus. She left the job of sample collection for culture to her nurses, who were obviously not so competent. After spending 100s of $$ and months of time, the condition remained undiagnosed.

I hoped for a smaller scar but at least the cancer is gone. Everything went just fine, even the staff was great.

Dr. Lisko always pays attention to what I am saying and is looking after my best interest.
