Pleasant experience overall. My doctor was Nikki she was quick but made me feel like she cared. And she touched me without gloves and that made me feel better like I didn't have the plague. overall -very nice experience. I felt uncomfortable about getting undressed for the full body check but she made it a breeze my prescriptions were delivered to me and I am very happy and will return. The front desk was nice and oh they will get that co pay from you on the spot so have that money.

The Duluth office is great. Staff are kind . Making my appointment went smoothly. They have online options for scheduling also. Dr Orleans is amazing! She is kind and very professional! She listened to all of my concerns and we are extremely happy that the medications and recommendations worked very well!

I had an appointment this morning, and everything was so seamless. The woman at the front desk (I wish I could remember her name) was so friendly, and explained the whole process in depth. I only waited about 15 minutes, and then I was seen by the MA. Kira was so sweet, and super compassionate. Dr Orleans spoke to me in depth about the issue with my skin in a professional, yet caring manner. I am so grateful for the team here. You all really are a well-oiled machine. I wish I could give more than 5 stars!

I visited this office on 8NOV21 between 1:21 and 2:03 P.M. and have harbored a great resentment ever since. I have never been treated with such disdain or a more dismissive attitude in my 52 years on this planet. (You now have enough information to confirm my visit) As someone who has always suffered "White coat syndrome", my reverence for medical professionals had never before had a moment of apostasy. Congratulations on testing my faith. 4+ years later, I am still unrecommending this practice.

I was in and out in less than an hour. I met with Dr. Douchy. He seemed very knowledgeable and efficient. Some of the front staff checking patients in could be a little nicer. However, everyone else, such as his nurse and checkout staff, were all very pleasant and helpful.

Dr Burroway and his staff are so pleasant from the first visit to the follow up, they make you feel very comfortable. The procedure went smooth and I would highly recommend their practice to others.
