KC Medical Aesthetics is AMAZING! I visited this clinic for my Botox, and I was honestly blown away. The whole place has such a beautiful and harmonious vibe — everything is clean, elegant, and very welcoming. All the girls who work there are incredibly professional and so sweet. Dr. Kaly Castellano, who did my Botox, was unbelievably patient with me. I usually get very nervous with injections, but she made me feel calm and comfortable the entire time. I had no pain during the Botox. Her technique, her professionalism, and the care she put into the whole process really stood out. This was my first time coming to this clinic, and I can confidently say I’m staying with Dr. Kathy from now on. She offers so many aesthetic treatments, and I truly recommend her 100%. The staff is polite, friendly, and knowledgeable, and the entire environment just makes you feel relaxed and taken care of. I left absolutely delighted with my experience. I started visiting KC medical earlier this year and they are fantastic. It’s the most no-nonsense experience you can have at a MedSpa. The Dr. will never do anything she doesn’t think you need and doesn’t push any products or other procedures on you. I’m always very happy with my results, she’s a true master of her craft.
