Epiphany Dermatology

I had a great experience with Dr. Rutherford, who was a great listener and provider. However, I am frustrated because I called to schedule an appointment, was told that my insurance plan was accepted, completed the appointment, and now a month later received a call that the practice actually does not accept my insurance and that I will either have to get a referral letter from my PCP or be a self-pay client. It feels like this is something that should've been caught before I completed the appointment with Dr. Rutherford, as now I have to schedule an appointment with my PCP just to get my appointment a month ago covered by my insurance plan, which is going to take time and effort. Additionally, I have needed to talk to someone at the office about a few things, including prescriptions that Dr. Rutherford prescribed for me at said appointment, and there are times when I call when I am waiting on hold for 15+ minutes.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great experience with this dermatologist. They were very professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to really listen to my concerns. Everything was taken care, and I never felt rushed. The staff was friendly and I felt comfortable I received. Great place highly respected Thank you for your efforts and hard work!!

I had good exprience at Epiphany during my visit. Dr. DeBord is very professional, and very thorough. The nurse was also very good. However when I tried to "check in" prior to my visit the email address that was provided in my confirmation email did not work! I tried to use it 3 or 4 times but it never worked. It is usually easier to check in before one's visit from home than waiting to do it at the office.

There is no wait. Appointments start at the time you are given. The front desk folks are cheerful and helpful. The Doctors explain everything and answer all questions. They are gentle, kind, quick and thorough. I always feel safe and well cared for here.

Dr. Shah and his tech Mer were both amazing. The easy of making an appointment was seamless. I came in concerning a spot I was concerned about. Dr. Shah was thorough and easy to communicate with. They were right on time. I will be back and will be bringing my family. There was no pressure to buy any extra products or services, however pricing on those were very competitive.

Everyone was fine and on-the-ball. But I was surprised by how long it was (3years) since my last visit. I am supposed to get a check-up once per year. I asked if you could remind me every year when it is time to make an appointment and was told that was against policy. But i am determined to be vigilant next year.

Easily one of the best dermatology experiences I've had so far. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome and comfortable. Everything was explained clearly and with care, and I never felt rushed. The office is spotless, the vibe is warm and professional, and the whole visit was efficient without cutting corners. Truly top-notch care.
