Not friendly at all! Didn’t get past making an appointment. The lady was rude. Called over the weekend and the recording said to leave a message so I did, never heard back. I called monday to set up appt and asked if they received my message, the lady replied with "uhh im not sure i dont check messages"

I was so unimpressed with this office, I should have cancelled my appointment when I had the bad vibes. Their communication is awful, non existent. I wasn't even sure I had an appointment at all and had to call to verify it and their location. I am coming as a self pay and was refused service because they don't take my insurance, which doesn't cover dermatology anyway. I am not using my insurance, I am 100% self pay and they waited until I arrived to let me know I was not welcome. As a self pay I am shocked to be turned away because it is much more convenient for the office to just receive a cash pay. If they had actually done what every single other doctor's office I have ever worked with does, and contact me ahead of time to get things filled out, they would have saved us all a lot of time. So while I am disappointed to have not gotten seen today, I made an appointment with another place, which btw, has already emailed me to fill out forms and called to verify my appointment.

Took our 9 year old son in to have warts removed from his hands and face. We have been 3 times and the warts are still there. This last time we went, they really got after it and froze them more than usual. Our son was ok with this as he just wanted the warts gone. Our son woke up the next day in a lot of pain and his lip was extremely swollen due to the procedure. The doctor told us this was a possibility, and we understand. Our son could not attend school due to the pain he was in and when we called up there to have them write an excused absence, so the missed school day wouldn't count against him, they told us they would not write him one. This is a 9 year old child in pain. His hands are covered in blisters, his face has two large blisters on it, and they don't seem to care. They offered nothing to treat the pain, they refused to write him a simple excused absence from school, 3 total visits and the warts are still there. We will not be returning. It costs them nothing to write a note for him to be excused from school due to a procedure he went through the day before. We had never asked for this before because the pain had never been this bad. After 3 times of visiting, no real results? You refuse to write an excused absence for a 9 year old with blisters all over his hands and face? They expect us to force the kid to go to school when he is in pain and crying? The school would immediately call us and make us come get him. Any parent knows this. Patel was the treating physician who refused to write an excused absence and offered nothing to help with the pain. From our family to yours, please look elsewhere for dermatology.

Dr Patel is the nicest guy and never rushes through an appointment. I really like coming here. The office staff are always great to see and chat with. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a dermatologist.

Dr Patel and his PA are very friendly. All of my questions were answered completely. I never felt rushed. I definitely recommend seeing Dr. Patel. He is an upbeat doctor that explains everything in a way anyone can understand. Should I have further issues in the future, I will return.

This dermatology office is a great service for all your needs related to skin issues. Doctors are very knowledgeable and the staff is friendly and helpful. I've been going here for a few years now and they have taken care of all my issues. I will continue to come back in the future.
