Terrible service! Every time I have an appointment scheduled they are never prepared. Jeanette with prior authorization expects clients to do her job. She knew I needed a prior authorization and waited until the day of my appointment to tell me so. I only found out because I called in. It’s been numerous times where I’ve come to my appointment and my medication has not been there to be administered. Having to reschedule appointments and being pushed out months later and still not being treated and having to reschedule again is exhausting. They are extremely unprofessional and I’m tired of it. The lack of communication and accountability is insane. Jeanette literally tried to argue with me about who is supposed to get prior authorizations when it’s literally your job to do so! She said she tried calling my doctors office and never got a response. Wouldn’t you try calling the patient then to let them know what is going on. I could’ve gotten this figured out before my appointment but they always do this the day of! If I could give this place a half of star I would. I’ve been dealing with this unprofessionalism for a while now and all they do is place the blame on the clients. If there’s an issue it should be addressed prior to the appointment not the day of or in person when the client actually shows up to the appointment. Someone needs to be held accountable. Patients are going untreated because they are dropping the ball and blame shifting!

Dr. Graham did a procedure on my neck that was pretty tough and she’s honestly amazing. She had a confident attitude and I knew I was in good hands. She was able to get the procedure and stitches done without any pain because she numbed me well. She was really assuring and made sure I felt okay. Her work is amazing. Dr. Potts is also the dermatologist I see and he’s genuinely one of the most caring doctors i’ve met. He takes the time to listen to his patients, carefully goes over every concern and the possible solutions.

The doctor very good. The reception they won't deserve this star i wish they have zero stars. Two of them very rude .I took a day off work and I left my id at home I told them I can send them pic of it and they won't. They just had my id last month when they scheduled my appointment. They took my friend phone from the tables in one min we complained they said no camera . Be careful everyone. Don't even leave anything on the front.

I was a first time patient who got an appointment in 2 weeks. Other places was at least a 3 month wait. After checking in, I only waited 5 minutes before I was called back and saw the nurse within 5 minutes. The staff here was amazing! They were so attentive, friendly and helpful. Dr. Pradeep took care of my concerns. Very happy with the office and services.

I love the PA Mega however, their phone line is horrible and the front desk needs a little more costumer service skills

I like the place and the doctors are great and very kind. The front desk are veryyy rude, they don’t treat patients well.

I would have gave this office a 0 if I could have! My son and I had a appointment they called to reschedule which was fine.we show up to the appointment (my son was NOT late) & while sitting to be called back the receptionist informs us that the doctor left for the day! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!
