Dr. Chapel was exceptional in her care and expertise. She was extremely informative about the range of management options for my initial concern (acne), but she truly went above and beyond by independently investigating developing health concerns that had not been fully recognized by others on my care team. Her thoroughness and advocacy directly facilitated the appropriate work-up needed to preserve my quality of life, efforts that were later positively acknowledged by other clinicians involved in my care. I highly recommend Dr. Chapel for her clinical expertise, professionalism, patient advocacy, and innate curiosity that consistently translate into high-quality patient care.

Dr. Karen Chapel and her wonderful staff have been caring for my wife for many years. First of all, Connie had a liver transplant over a decade ago, and the result of taking anti-rejection meds has made her very receptive to skin cancer. This exceptional doctor has stayed on top of this by continually researching and studying ways to help Connie deal with this issue, all with caring and kindness. We actually look forward to our many visits to this office because we know we are in good hands and they have become our friends. The receptionist, Tina, always greets us warmly. Then Angela escorts us to our room and we enjoy a visit with her as she takes down any information the doctor needs for our latest appointment. Then Dr. Karen comes in with her assistant, Cathy, and we are again greeted with smiles and sometimes hugs, as we are treated with care and professionalism. They are such a great team, working together like a well-oiled machine, as they carefully and respectfully make my wife the center of their universe for the time we are there. We always leave there knowing we've gotten the best care possible, by people who really care deeply for us. It really doesn't get any better than that!

Awesome Doctor and staff! I've been going going to Dr. Chapel for years and I have been fortunate to be seen by an exceptional Dr. with a very welcoming staff. At Dr. Chapel's clinic, you are being treated like a family. Dr. Chapel takes the time with her patients to make sure all their questions are answered. Kudos to Dr. Chapel and her staff.

The receptionist is very rude, unprofessional. I don't wish to meet Karen Chapel or have her as a Dermatologist. Get a personality would you!

My wife is immune compromised (liver transplant), and she has skin cancers forming all the time. Dr. Chapel and her wonderful staff (Cathy, Angela, Tina, etc.) are so attentive, pleasant, and professional. They make coming to our appointments a joy and actually fun. We are blessed to have them on our side through what would ordinarily be a stressful time. I recommend this practice with my highest rating!! They are the best!!

Dr. Chapel is terrific! She found some potentially life threatening conditions and guided me through surgical treatment. She is following my condition to assure no recurrence. She is friendly and gentle in performing biopsies. Office visits are a pleasure, because she is prompt and takes a genuine interest in patients.

I was in pain, I called for an appointment. The Receptionest was so nice that she took the time to contact the Dr. They made every effort to take me on same day. I do really appreciate it. You wouldn’t believe to get an appointment with a dermatologist on same day . Dr. Karen Chapel took the time to examine and explain the problem that I had and the treatment needed. I strongly recommend this clinic and the doctor . They are great
